We finally decided to go into the store and Isaac Perez was awesome. He was patient and savvy and figured it out. Even through my own erroneous selection of menu options, Liam was happy to assist me despite the fact that I ended up in the wrong department. Moreover, he corteously directed me to the appropriate location for my query, offering clear and helpful guidance to ensure my success for my specific case. It is rare to find companies, especially in the tech industry, which offer 24/7 on-call support with real people without having to negotiate with a litany of confusing, machine-automated response options. Even so, companies that do offer such support often do not have kind, clear, and quickly accessible agents. I'm enthused to be purchasing hosting services from a reputable brand with well-rounded and well-spoken representatives like Liam. Thank you again, Liam!”

The store manager tried but I couldn’t remember my Apple password so I was almost on my way back home to get it when another employee Damien came over and said there was another way to unlock the phone. And he did!!!! I didn’t have to go home and he not only unlocked it he found a face with the inf. choices I had before and I could read without my glasses. Way to go Damien, God bless you!!!!”
