She took the time to listen to what my daughter liked and guided us to something fun and perfect for her. She also made sure I registered for the LEGO Rewards program — I’ve been buying LEGOs for years and had no idea about the points! She even let us know about a special the store had that day.
What I appreciated the most is that DT wasn’t just trying to sell something. She genuinely cared, was patient, and clearly has a passion for the products she works with. Employees like her make such a difference.

“As a macys member this macys location is always welcoming to shop and spend all my money . Love the costumer service always and the attention to the costumers needs . Let me point out today Benjamin from the sunglass section wow what an incredible young man . On point with the brands knowledge on what styles fits best a great attitude overall and a very motivated seller passionate and one who derserves a raise immediately keep this guy happy he makes it happen . I honestly wanted to buy every pair of sunglasses but I was only able one for now . I will return and hopefully Benjamin is there . Great young man ! He will go places with his work ethics . “I had an amazing experience at the fragrance department in Macy’s thanks to Melissa. From the moment I approached the counter, Melissa was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I originally came in for an exchange and ended up upgrading to a more expensive perfume because of the excellent recommendations Melissa gave me. She truly knows fragrances and took the time to help me find something that matched exactly what I was looking for.
What stood out the most was Melissa’s attitude and customer service. Melissa smiled the entire time, was patient, and went completely out of her way to make the experience feel special. She even beautifully dressed and decorated the perfume packaging, which made the purchase feel elegant and personal. Melissa also offered me several samples without me even asking, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Honestly, Melissa reminded me of what shopping at Macy’s used to feel like 15 years ago — personalized, welcoming, and high-end. Because of Melissa, my opinion of Macy’s has completely improved. Employees like Melissa are the reason customers come back. Macy’s management should truly recognize Melissa for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. “This part of Walmart is amazing in Florida city because not only it has the Super Center, Mechanic and Optical but a Spirit store as well. When you enter the counter service is amazing asking how your day went and it you need any help. They also gave a wide variety of spirits, beers and Liqours. The prices are cheap and always they have special deals posted.”

“What a great place to shop. I met a gentleman named Edwin that in an employee of Ross. He happened to be walking in front of me and I asked him about shoes. He explained to me that the sizes were in certain places and models. The great thing about this is that he was a cashier and just stopped to help, however, it wasn’t even his area of expertise. That shows you that people take their job seriously. They don’t have to do anything to help you yet they choose to.”
