“I have to laugh when I see some of these low ratings. I have been dealing with Albers since I bought my house in Hollywood. It has been 50 years! They have always been efficient and reliable. Yes. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”

“Incredible customer service. I ordered parts for my gas grill, there was a slight mixup on one of the parts received, they responded to my e-mail support request in minutes and resolved the issue in less than one hour. I had my new grill part within 24 hrs. I will be using BBQ Depot again.”

“I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.”

“I needed some repair pieces to my Kohler toilet and had been to Home Depot with no luck because it was not a brand they carried so I went to Ferguson in Sunrise/Tamarac to see if they carried the replacement parts. I had taken some pictures of the back of my toilet because I knew I couldn't determine what the part numbers were. I had Wintavius special order one part and he was very nice. He looked at the photos and then looked up the part on his computer. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Quick and easy. I then figured out that I needed one more part so I returned to have Ricardo help me in pretty much the same way except this part didn't need to be ordered. He looked it up and then went to the area of the warehouse and pulled the item for me. Once again, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Ferguson for your unique plumbing needs. Thanks again.”

“This is almost one of those "this is too good to be true" moments. I didn't even have to step in the store. I told him what I wanted. Was approved quick he ordered it and I picked it up from the best buy 3 blocks from my place an hour later. It was there ready just showed my id. I cant believe how unbelievably easy that was.. I dont think ever in my life has something went that smooth lol. Anyway I dont know what the store is like I've never even seen it, but I can tell you the customer service is phenomenal!! He even texted me back later to see how everything went and if I was happy. Outstanding. I would go there again or should I say do this again. and definitely will refer friends”
