“My dyson stopped sucking air, and a quick search on dyson.com for service centers brought me here. I arrived 15mins before closing time but Mike was super nice and helped fix my dyson, explaining and showing me exactly what was wrong with it. Only paid for the new part <$40 and saved hundreds of $$$ because I thought I would have to get a new one. They also cleaned my dyson entirely before returning it which was a super nice gesture. Would highly recommend!”
“BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.”

We thought we left our cell phone there or had dropped it in the parking area. Steve searched both inside and outside for it. We eventually found that the phone had been left at another location. “Very accommodating and fair. The rental process itself was easy but then my reservation got canceled after checking in on it after purchase. I was able to reserve another truck right after and the woman I spoke with left a clipboard note that that truck was to be saved for me. I got the truck, did the move and brought it back. Rodney closed me out and I told him about some minor complaints and one issue which he was happily understood addressed and then took care of me for the Inconvenience. Great dude and same with the guy who originally got me the truck. Worrisome start then full on excellence the rest of the experience. Would recommend again. Note: these are job site trucks most of the time not moving trucks. Now I know debris is somewhat normal in this style rental. We made do and for the price and service well worth it.”

“Purchased a vanity online. Good experience. It went on sale for Black Friday, after ordering and before receiving, I requested a credit for the difference. The original representative said his supervisors wanted me to return and repurchase for the credit, which was ridiculous. All I wanted was to get a paper transaction for the difference. Why would a company wanted to pay a shipper to pick up and return, then reorder (a non-stocked) item, then have it reshipped and redelivered…..a little bit absurd and costly for Furguson.
I finally was able to get a customer service rep Joseph Schlesser to help. He was able to take charge and get the paper credit. He was able get me the large differential for the sale price credited to my credit card. One and done Thanks Joseph, for a newer representative, you handled the issue like a seasoned pro.”
