“We visited for the first time yesterday afternoon around 3pm. The cafe looked great but we didn't get a chance to taste anything this time. We just needed to use a capital one ATM. I did everything right but at the end, it said that the transaction was unsuccessful. I asked the lovely people at the cafe for an ambassador for assistance and they found a wonderful lady to assist me. I'm sorry that I didn't write down her name. She said that it may just be the ATM and to try another one there. We went over to another ATM there and it worked with her assistance. She made sure that everything was okay before we left.”

“I feel so bad for the manager on 1/2/24. None of the tellers came in for work today. Guests were obviously upset and for most she really couldn’t help unfortunately. Most were upset, and probably rightly, but she did her very best to inform and help where she could. That said, she was able to help me out of a jam and I appreciate her. Leaders in the service industry who are left in those situations have it the toughest this time of year.
