My parents’ account with Verizon is over 30 years old due to the remote location where they live and they have repeatedly had difficulty obtaining assistance with their account because of its age and the changes in Verizon software over the years. “We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!”
“My husband & I have only had DirecTv available where we live since the early 90's. Their prices are outrageous. Spectrum fiber optic just became available in our area so we went to the Brandon Mall location and was lucky enough to have Ms. Rose Montes Cruz assist us. She was so very pleasant to work with and explained EVERYTHING so that we understood how fiber is different than satellite. She worked up a great bundle for us and we will now be saving approx. $125/month between TV/Internet/Home phone. Thanks Rose for all your help. This Spectrum location is lucky to have you. :-)”
