“I don't usually write reviews but decided to since my experience was so overwhelmingly good.Barbie and Lesly helped me transfer my phone back to Cricket from a different carrier. It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me. “I have been to many Cricket Stores around the US and Lake Wales Zcricket Wireless was by far the best one I have vis. Gaby and Faith were amazing! They worked together to help me change out my SIzm to an eSIM ( which Apple will end up doing anyway) These girls even gave me about 15 great restaurants to eat at. They had me laughing the whole time and I left happy with my service. This made my day!!”

“I’ve been a Cricket customer for a long time, and I always noticed that the store used to change managers frequently. However, my experience at Cricket Dundee has been completely different with the current manager.
She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She even gave me her phone number in case I needed anything, which truly shows her dedication to customer service. You can really see the difference her leadership makes in the store.
