If I could give him a 6 out of 5, I would. *The* best customer service experience I have had in a very long time, and I have had some excellent reps before today. We worked through each of the problems I faced and resolved every one of them in turn. He was patient, never stopped trying to figure out workarounds when we hit a block of some kind, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Very competent guy. Another rep named Will helped at one point in the process, and he was excellent, too, but Kevin was simply superlative. A bulldog --- nothing stopped him. :-))”

They worked together to help me change out my SIzm to an eSIM ( which Apple will end up doing anyway) These girls even gave me about 15 great restaurants to eat at.
