“My Husband and I been doing business with Keith and his company E Cell City for over 5 years now, he is honest and has reliable phones in good to excellent condition, he has affordable 3rd party financing online and instore, and reasonable prices. He carries iPhone and Samsung, accessories, and even purchase tablet that had Wi-Fi sim card compatible! I've even seen him repairing Nintendo Switch for a customer, this man knows his stuff!
Over the 5 years period we've purchased 5 devices, and had one repaired. We've even brought customers to him as well that wasn't disappointed.

The sales floor is usually stocked pretty good, and clean. Staff are usually easy to find in any given area. Downside, like most other walmarts, staff doesnt really seem all too interested in helping as much as gossiping with friends.”

“I’ve been a Cricket customer for a long time, and I always noticed that the store used to change managers frequently. However, my experience at Cricket Dundee has been completely different with the current manager.
She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She even gave me her phone number in case I needed anything, which truly shows her dedication to customer service. You can really see the difference her leadership makes in the store.
