“Greg was amazing! He spent a lot of time with us (retirees) showing us our new phone options, discounts & plans. The process took quite a while but all of our data, photos, apps, texts, etc copied over from our old phones to the new. Greg was friendly, professional, fun and relatable. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by the Gladiolus/Winkler AT&T store and ask for Greg. What a great asset to the AT&T family.”
“I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at this location. Christian cheerfully navigated a complicated problem and finally was able to resolve the issue. It required calling ATT directly, using multiple phones to connect and finally resolving the issue and getting my phone working. Then, he helped us change some setting and servicing issues. He never lost patience with me, (I am an "older" and not so tech savvy customer) and at the same time he was helping me, he courteously helped customers who came in with a simple question or issue to help them avoid long wait times.
I had visited another ATT store and was basically dismissed; my experience at this Jamaica Bay experience could not have been better.
Christian is an asset to this location and should be recognized for his hard work. I sincerely appreciate his help.”
“My iPhone had locked up which had never happened and Thomas immediately greeted me and said he could fix my problem which he did. We then talked about getting a new screen cover for my phone and realized how old it was at which point he nicely offered the current special without being pushy at all. He acclimated me to the new phone in great detail and was very patient with this 69 year old woman!”
“I had a wonderful visit to Cricket Wireless in San Carlos Park, there was a variety of phones, which were the latest models of both Android and iOS. More importantly, the customer service with Carolina was personable and made a huge effort to make sure I was able to address my immediate needs. “Going to cellphone stores is one of my least favorite things but this store is different. Coleman knows his products and got me in and out of his store in a few minutes with exactly what I needed. Another thing I noticed while there was how happy and satisfied the other customers were who were also working with him and his staff. It was just bizarre but in a good way lol.”

“I was out of town, stopped in about 30 mins before they closed. The girl working was very polite and helpful. I explained my phone was having a service issue. She tested some things on the phone adn said its probably your Sim card is bad. It could be your phone but you'll have to buy a new Sim card and well try that. when she removed the old one she said wow I'm surprised your phone even worked . She explained why . And said oh yep it's the Sim card. She replace the card and in less than 10 mins I had my service working.she went into detail as to why and we were both laughing as to how old the card was. Best guess 8 year old card. And it made sense.Life saver as I was catching a flight in the morning . So a big thanks to her for getting my service up and going !!”
