“Wow wow wow 10/10 experience. I can NOT praise them enough. Miguel in the front and sinthia in the back . ( I hope I spelled her name correctly). I came yesterday at 9 but they informed me the specific lab my Dr ordered had to be done at 8am exactly. So sinethia told me to come back tomorrow at 750 and she would come in early for me, and Miguel said yes don't even worry just come in and check in with me and we will get you back. As a busy mom of 2 littles who doesn't have child care I almost cried. I can't believe how out of their way they went for me. I came this morning at 750 and they treated me like a VIP !! I will never go anywhere again. Thank you both and also sinethia did the best blood draw! This is for the spring lakes lab works”

“I just came from getting my blood drawn and I cannot believe how WONDERFUL Talia was. I previously went to a different location but had to switch this time due to scheduling conflicts. I am so glad that I did. This is only my second time getting blood drawn and it was so much better the second time around. Talia joked and chatted and was so kind the entire time. It was a quick in and out visit but it makes it so much easier knowing that the person there loves their job. Who can say they have a go-to person for getting their blood drawn? Me I guess! If I ever have to do this again I will bee-line for this Quest location. All this at 7:30AM too. I wouldn’t be surprised if the person doing my blood was still asleep (because I basically was!) but Talia was ready to be the person someone hopes to find when doing a less desirable task. Thank you thank you thank you!”
“This is the best lab I have ever gone. The scheduling is easy, wait is minimal, and not crowded. The lab staff is incredibly warm, kind and technically skilled. They even waited late one afternoon to get my daughter much needed labs. Sending a big thank you to Qurriat, who went out of her way to ensure both my daughter and myself a great experience. She is not scared of getting labs now because of you.. Thank you :)”

“I had my labs done by Faith and she was phenomenal. I highly recommended her for her attention to detail and calm way of handling my labs. She made sure to label all labs properly and also talked me through each step as I don’t like getting my blood taken yet she made this a wonderful experience. The lab is clean new and a great place if you need to have any blood work completed.”
“The staff always greet me with a smile. JC called my name. Once we were in her space, I respectfully requested Maribel to draw my blood. JC couldn't have been more understanding. She began to write up my paperwork. Allowed me to go get my urine sample. When I returned with the sample, I was all set to be transferred to Maribel’s station. I’ve worked with Maribel before. It's always been difficult for them to draw my blood. She warmed me up w/a HOT PACK. Maribel listened to my history and understood that we drew only from the right side with a butterfly needle. My right hand is the magic spot, these days. Many of my prior magic spots have seemed to dry up. Maribel couldn't have been more kind and most efficient. I was in and out very quickly. No bruising or 2 & 3 attempts, today! Thank You, Maribel. :-)”
