“I was on vacation and 800 miles from home. I left a local store and got a lot of weird lights on the dash. I drove to a car repair shop located 1 row over and they told me they were too busy and suggested I drive to Jacksonville. I then remembered there was an Advance Auto over on 8th st. Jose greeted me and spent the next hour with me. We tested the battery and it had died. Jose showed me several options and I picked the right one for my budget. He then used a scanner to see if the error codes had cleared and they did not. The one fluid was low so Jose replaced that too. He then told me to drive around the island for 20 minutes to see if the dash lights cleared but to stay close the shop in case I needed him. Sure enough, about 15 minutes later all of my lights went back to normal. I safely drove 800 miles home. I am very grateful for Jose and the patience he had.”

Carlos even helped get it finished a week earlier than scheduled and he helped me find a paintless dent guy for a couple other dings - very much appreciated that since he has better things to do, and it wasn’t part of their scope of work.
