Before we tried Pamper Pooch our collie had some traumatizing experiences at another grooming/daycare on the island. Over the past year and a half, Sylvia and her staff have worked with and pampered our collie and he now loves going for his day at the spa. As soon as I say we’re going to see Ms Sylvia he charges to the car and bolts to the door at Pampered Pooch — complete turnaround from how he reacted at the previous grooming place. It’s obvious the staff love what they do.

We were here visiting for a few weeks and our puppy really needed a haircut. From the initial inquiry for an appointment they were welcoming and professional. Lots of questions before grooming him about him and what we were looking for and he looked happy and handsome when we picked him up. We had what we thought was a life and death emergency this morning with our Little Dog. She had lost the ability to walk, or even standup and instantly seemed incredibly sick. We called our usual vet and they didn’t have an appointment available, 2 others who couldn’t see a new patient. We called Amelia Pointe, explained the emergency and they were as compassionate as they possibly could have been. The staff- everyone we encountered were awesome. The veterinarian, Dr. Branch spoke to us in plain english, but with such confidence that you knew you were in the right place.
I know we have Robinson Emergency here, but I just didn’t have a good experience. I’m so thankful we have such a great vet so close by.
Kudos Dr Branch and staff! Thank y’all so much for today.
