“When deciding which brand of bike to buy I checked out Quickly Cycles, liked what I saw, and the fact they were selling Velotric was one of the reasons I have bought both a Gomad and a Fold 1 Plus - I wanted to know I could get service if I needed it. Both bikes have been fun but I recently had a flat back tire on the Gomad and brought the bike in and it was fixed in about 30 minutes ($55). They also took the time to show me a feature I had missed (The USBC under the controls - I knew about the one on the Gomad display but the control one is a 5 amp for better charging of the phone and it's on both bike models) and helped trouble shoot a charger issue I've had. Fast, friendly, knowledgable, and reasonably price service.”

“Mark was terrific and very friendly. I brought my E-bike in to get a few broken spokes replaced. He was fast and efficient and the bike has never rolled so effortlessly - it's like I'm always going downhill, don't need to use the E. The only drawback is that it is much less of a workout - I guess I just have to spend even more time pedaling.”

“Really got me and my wife out of a pinch. Came here to visit her mom and dad and wanted to bring our bikes. We got a flat while we were out riding. They got us in same day and we were out the door in 15 minutes with new tubes on her bike. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Cant recommend enough. 10/10”

“I was so pleased to have my electric scooter assembled excellently by the lovely owner/operator of this bicycle cafe. He completed the job well and on time and at a cost less than the quote. I will come back for sure!! It’s nice to know someone who is reliable and honest and so good at what they do!!”

“I recently placed an online order for bike delivery to our rental. The process was easy and fast, with accurate descriptions. I emailed a question I had about delivery and received a detailed response within an hour. The bikes were delivered earlier than promised and were in great condition. Being able to use the bikes paths really enhanced our Sanibel vacation.”

“Had an amazing experience here. After calling around and nobody having the tires I needed and or needing a week to order them for my vintage schwinn, bike bistro said sure come right in we have them. Not only did they replace the tires tubes and all that needed it. They tuned up the bike and went over everything as it hadn't been ridden in forever. Even adjusted the gearing for me. Thanks so much Zach/Zack. Bike bistro will be the only bike shop I go to from here on out. They are equipped for everything you could possibly need.”

“I walked into the store with only about 20 minutes until closing, so I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, Dominic welcomed me with genuine enthusiasm and was more than happy to help. He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. What really stood out was how passionate he seemed about his job and how much he genuinely cared about helping me. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find these days. Thank you, Dominic, for making my experience such a positive one. Employees like you truly make a difference!”
