DG Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store known for its excellent and very good personal service from experienced, friendly, and some of the nicest employees. The staff is by far the friendliest ever, always asking how they can help and providing specific guidance instead of just pointing. Customers appreciate the helpful hardware folks who figure out problems, fix items, help pick out correct products, and assist with exchanges, saving time and money. The store offers a good selection of quality products needed for home maintenance. It is very clean and well managed, providing a convenient shopping experience. Many find the personal service and helpful attitude make it so much better than larger chain stores, and they plan to continue using this hardware store for all their needs. As part of the community, the store is committed to being the helpful place where helping customers is the most important thing.
Kathryn made this visit for me. I normally wouldn’t make a post for grabbing something i normally do but the customer service and friendliness from Kathryn made me wish this was a more frequent stop.
