I wanted to take a moment to recognize Victoria from the AT&T office for her outstanding service. I recently moved into a newly built house, and when I reached out to other providers like Xfinity, CenturyLink, and T-Mobile, they all said my address did not exist and refused to send anyone out.
Victoria stepped up and let me know about the one-week trial, assuring me it would meet my needs. I’m now on day two, working from home with no issues, and the device is handling multiple devices seamlessly.

“My wife and I had been with Verizon for years and I looked into few optional carriers when we were ready for new phones. We looked at Mint but didn’t like that they don’t have stores.
Since we could get free iPhones for switching carriers I think we got the best monthly rate with the phones we wanted at T-mobile. I determined this by chatting with various carriers online.
So, we went in and dealt with Junior, he was able to find the deal I had found.
Once we started the buying process, he made it all very easy, of course, it took a little time but he was fun to talk to and he didn’t try to sell us a bunch of extras or accessories he just got to work and I think it all took about an hour and half and we were out of there with working new phones. Amazing!

I was ready to purchase a new phone when one of the two amazingly got my phone to work again! They were more interested in my best interests, as I explained I was out of work, rather than sell me a phone I couldn't currently afford. Minor fix elsewhere for about $100 was suggested for now. “David was our first contact at Verizon and truly took care of my family with transitioning from T-mobile to Verizon. He took his time, was very patient, and was understanding of finding the best plan and deals for us. His customer service is remarkable!
Leah also helped us with the transition and is one of the best multitaskers I’ve ever seen. No matter the length of time needed to resolve an issue with my phone going straight to voicemail due to T-mobile holding my phone number, her patience never wavered. She displays such a caring personality to all those she services.
Jayden is another associate who goes above and beyond. He is so easy to talk to and always has a smile. He helped troubleshoot my phone issue, along with helping out his peers. Made me feel like part of the Verizon family.
I also worked with DeShawn who has such a fun, energetic personality. He did not want me to leave the store until my phone issue was resolved. He never gave up and I left the store feeling satisfied.
Last but not least, Geo was always on the sidelines to help support us and the team. He is a stellar manager. I can’t say enough about this store. I am so grateful to live in such proximity to this store, but even if I didn’t, I would drive miles to go to this particular store!”
