The first decision to make is which bank to trust. Banks are more than simply transactional - people make the difference - with Chase I found I have secure online banking tools (I discovered Chase is THE most secure so wires and large funds transfer are reviewed for fraud, I get alerts and ultimately peace of mind) but in as much as I heard Chase branches are light on people- the O-Town branch is staffed with some of the most courteous, professional and friendly people I have met. I read lots of reviews on other banks and branches in Windermere and O-Town area and I am very happy with my decision to call this branch my trusted foundation to grow my wonderful new business. Do your own research of course. I find most people having not achieved their expectations leave negative reviews, not enough people share their positive experience.”

I am visiting from Arizona and had the wrong directions which guided me through a golf club (I would’ve been there in 3 minutes with these directions) and the security would not let me pass through because it was private property. Instead this caused me to flip around and drive another 25 minutes get there at 5:03. I was so frustrated with these Apple Maps not being updated and security! It was an urgent need for me to make it for my vacation money and I am thankful for this manager Wanda who ended up hearing me out and allowed me to do a transaction through the drive up window.Thanks”

“We opened an account in the Davenport branch of Center State Bank in 2013. Right from the word go it has always been a pleasure going into the branch and dealing with the staff there. Being customers in a different country does have it's issues but we, Southstate Bank and us, have always managed to work our way through them. “This location has been wonderful and the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. However I recently disputed a charge where I was scammed. This is my fault not PNC, however I provided pages of correspondence with seller, invoices, and pages of other customers being scammed. I was told I did not provide the information requested and they sided with merchant. I'm now working with state attorney for resolution. I've been a customer for 9 years, will be closing my account and switching banks soon. Pathetic customer service from dispute team, I can get a better bank that protects it's customers not scammers.”
