She proceeded to take me back and was detailed in explaining the process and what she needed from me. She was cautious with her validation of the receiving Banking Institution to ensure the funds would land where I requested. They stayed over the normal branch hours to ensure the application and docu-sign process was completed with no additional delayed. “Every time I've been to this bank, I've been in and out very quick. The customer service experience is excellent and it's very neat and clean inside. I will say that I really don't care for the parking lot too much but since they're not too busy it hasn't been a big problem. Just not a lot of spaces and when you have to use the ATM, the back area isa little confusing as to how and where you should try to get out of there. The last time I was there, the ATM wasn't working right and I had to go inside but had to park behind the building and there's only the entrance in the front so it's not a convenient trek from there. Otherwise, they do everything else very well.”
