“I love this store. They take the time to fit you properly and to train you to use the equipment. My podiatrist and PT recommend their shoes and shoe fitting expertise. They carry top brands and less expensive top brands and they give good advice...and their stuff lasts. They have fantastic staff and all the staff are trained. They are the A team (A+ team). When you look at your 20 year old ski jacket and it still looks new....now that is a photo I should post.”
“I love this place! Getting geared up for an upcoming backpacking trip so I went looking for some stores that would carry the equipment I need. I live in the sticks so this place was quite a drive for me but well worth it! This was my first time ever visiting a REI and it was a great experience. The help there was phenomenal, needed help choosing and getting fitted for a backpack. Shoutout to Cody!!, he was relentless when it came to finding the perfect fit and size and even after all that, he took his time in showing us some pretty cool hiking gear. We learned a heap that day! Cool store, cool people, definitely going back.”

“We had the best experience at Fit 2 Run! We came in just to browse, knowing we would soon be in the market to replace my husband’s daily sneakers. Quinn was excellent and incredible helpful. He scanned my husband's foot and gave real feedback on what support he needed to alleviate stress on his feet. Quinn was able to share some lived experience about each shoe and was very knowledgeable about how each one would last/wear over time. We ended up leaving with sneakers and insoles and my husband’s been very happy with his new sneakers. Thank you for your help, Quinn!”
“Nisan sold and delivered an elliptical and a used Precor AMT that is hard to come by. He knows the difficulties with delivering heavy equipment and made sure it could be done without damaging my wood floor.
He also knows the equipment really well and gave me a good deal on both of them.
He showed up right on time as agreed on and the deliveries went smoothly.
Nisan gave me a free heart monitor for each of the machines. That was a nice surprise and very helpful since I had open heart surgery last November.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was such a pleasure that I wanted to share. Nisan did not request a review which was another positive aspect.
If you are looking to buy exercise equipment, you could not find a better place to do it.”

“I live in California and was searching everywhere for a specific bat for my son to no avail. I had actually purchased the bat other places, only to get an email telling me my order was cancelled do to the item being unavailable.
I was surprised to see that the Play it Again Sports in Gainesville, Florida had it in stock. Out of disbelief, I called the store directly to make sure it was in fact there before placing my order. A kind gentleman named Craig answered and gladly confirmed he had the item and was holding it behind the counter while I placed my order online. He also informed me that shipping from Florida to California took approximately 7 business days and it would be shipping the following day, as his UPS driver had already picked up that day. I got a notification a few hours later that my order had already been dropped off at the shipping facility! I have to say this was top tier customer service that is hard to come by. Thank you Craig and Play it Again Sports for setting the standard for how customers should be approached. You’re hard work and kindness was not unnoticed and is greatly appreciated!”
