I had a fantastic return experience at the store. A friendly manager greeted me warmly outside, which made me feel welcome. I was there to exchange a generator, and the manager promptly assisted with an override. The staff was incredibly helpful, even loading the generator into my Ford Focus SEL with the help of a kind stranger. I left feeling appreciated and satisfied. Such attentive service is rare—highly recommend!”

“Being a queer person ordinarily makes working blue collar or interfacing with others within the confines of that type of industry an absolute nightmare. People treat you like you're either stupid or completely inept. For an unusual change, everyone was very cool. They assisted me and my friend with a simple job that had miraculously managed to confound us both for days. Just that quick it was solved. I'm very appreciative. It was rapidly turning into a waking nightmare, and I expected my interactions with anyone in the field of plumbing to be negative. Thanks.”

“We visited because we needed plumbing supplies to repair our washing machine pipes and valves. Hubs went looking for the supplies while I aimlessly browsed the store. We recently moved into our new home and need A LOT of things. There is no carpeting and my dog loves to do carpet scratchies so I found a shaggy rug for her! We then went browsing in the appliance section. We have been searching for months now for basically anything you need. The refrigerator that came with the house might be older than me so that was a necessity. We decided on a whim to purchase one during this visit. Since I have maxed out most of my cards from this move, I used a $250 Lowes gift card, and split the payment with two credit cards. Carlos was very personable and helpful with our checkout.Carlos scheduled out delivery and made sure we had all the parts we needed. He also rang us up for other items we were purchasing. It was close to closing time so we did not spend too much time browsing. We stopped on our way out to look at the garden section but didn't get to browse too long. We left quickly after and the staff acknowledged us when we were walking out. The refrigerator was delivered on the day it was scheduled. There was no damage. The two delivery men were super quick and very good at getting the fridge in the door. We were actually in awe of how amazing they were.”
“Went into Lowe’s Saturday, February 9th around 730-800pm, to look for a dryer belt. Had a hard time finding the guy in that area to help us, as we looked on our own but were unsuccessful. When we did see him, all he did was tell to go back to the same row we just left and look on the wall, as they were hanging there. We went back a second time with no luck. Of course he was gone when we came back to the appliance area. We happened to go the lawn mower department and the associate there didn’t know too much about them so we went on to leave. The man from the lawn area came outside to stop us from leaving because he decided to research it and thought he found some. To make a long story short, he went back to the area in the appliance department and helped us find the belt we needed. I wish I would have gotten his name because he went above and beyond helping us. He needs to train some of the other associates that work there what customer service is.”

“If you are not getting your gas from here, you are missing out. They have been supplying myself and extended family with CO2, beer gas, and Nitrogen for our kegerators for all our beverage needs from Beer, Soda, to Coffee. They are very helpful, and always willing to help. Highly recommend!”
“Johnstone Supply is a national chain selling HVAC parts to licensed HVAC technicians and companies. A big benefit to using a large chain as opposed to a mom-and-pop outfit is that you can get the products you need from one of the many locations so you can get it closer to the job location. So, if you have teams working multiple sites in various locations, a national company like Johnstone might be a good option, especially if you have an account with them. All in all, there was no issues here and I woukd recommend this company.”
