About Metro by T-Mobile
Metro by T-Mobile offers prepaid plans and phones from brands like Apple, Samsung, and OnePlus. Many reviews highlight great service from the friendly and helpful staff, who are patient and skilled at solving phone issues, setting up new devices, and transferring data. Customers report having a great experience with incredible service. However, some feedback indicates frustration with the business itself, noting that store employees sometimes cannot resolve issues and must call a central support line, which can feel unhelpful. The store provides in-person assistance for new accounts and plan purchases.
