“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”

“Went to the Bealls Outlet in Sun City on Sept 2 for my mom's BD. Of course amongst her plethora of items to buy, one did not have a price tag on it. We asked for a price at the front checkout and we were lucky enough to have the smiling Assistant Mgr (Tori) help us (although at the time we didn't know her title). She came back to the housewares, and diligently searched for a matching item price, which she found. She interacted with us for a few extra minutes, pointing out other areas, reminding us of their reward program, and made our day with her personality. It is not easy to be in a customer service/public facing occupation, but she represented the store well, had patience with my elderly mother (which gets 10 stars from me), and wished us well as we left. Besides the selection and prices, Tori will be a huge reason that we come back to this store.”
“Yesterday I was feeling bad to check out some items after the store is closed but “Zina” from the customer service from Dillard’s at Brandon mall was so welcoming and professional. “Zina”provided best customer services ever and will diffidently shop back at Dillard’s!!”
“I feel like the store was not done there was a section in the back blocked offf likr constructionwas still happening. Also they had no kids tees or pajamas bottoms mostly for girls. Other than that it was great got some small stocking suffers”

“Oh it’s qvc what can I say? You may find something great or you might not find anything. It’s hit or miss sometimes I spend $200 sometimes I walk out without anything. It’s a 2 hour ride for me so I only get there once a month I wish it was closer.”
“Happy they are open again!! Big Lots made lots of changes. They used to be the place you could go to get furniture for affordable prices. Now they made their furniture section half and then expanded the clothes section to the same size as the furniture. They didn’t have all the nice patio stuff they used to have, not sure how I feel about the direction they went.”

“I do not frequent American Eagle very often as I am a 48 year-old mother of adults. However, I had bought a pair of jeans back in February. (PERFECT EVERYTHING) I’ve gained a little weight since then as it’s July so I was on the hunt for this one particular pair of jeans in the next size up. There was a Young man named Angel, who helped me try on at least 11 different pairs of jeans. We actually found the EXACT jeans I was looking for! He is a GODSEND. “My favorite Big Lots, good deals, great people and the store is pretty organized. Great selection on normal household stuff and can always find some different food items that other stores don't carry.”
“I lost my sunglasses and they had all the name brands very inexpensive. They also had great hand bags that work well for when I'm biking. Name brands but affordable. They had a big renovation last year, but it's done and much more organized now.”
“I love this place, it is a not so big store but it has a little bit of everything, clothes, shoes, household items, toys, toiletries, personal things among others. The prices are very cheap and there are brand name things cheaper than in other places. You can also find some super discounted items. If you become a member the month of your birthday they give you a 20% discount and when you buy $100 they give you $5.”
“Came in today with my friend doing a little shopping, and let me tell you the experience that we had completely blew us away. Andrea was top notch. She was incredibly helpful and personable with helping me find the perfect bra. Once I was ready to check out the red haired girl (didn’t get her name) made us feel even more welcome. “Why is somebody buying $200 worth of groceries allowed to check out in the automotive department? . It should be a check for people who are buying automotive items. But I want to give a shout out to the customer service desk . They are very efficient. They check to make sure that you are the person who is supposed to get the refund. There's a lot of fraud going on right now. I appreciate them.”
