“Tons of stuff, plenty of seasonal items, however the store is hard to navigate if you plan on using a buggy. The aisles are narrow enough that if you feel like you might knock things off the shelf. Is even worse by the mirrors and chairs.”
“It's a store with high customer attraction they always do the best they can do but they are in the middle of a tourist attraction area so it is hard to give the best customer service but they do their best”
“JC Penney has changed their style of clothing back to the way it used to be. No more of the entire store being filled with contemporary styles that were totally unappealing. Clothing also seems to be of a better quality.
Customer service is always outstanding! All employees go out of their way to speak and greet you. Check out, returns and exchanges are very easy to find in the store.
I wish there were more stores and that they change their opening hours from 11am to either 9 or 10am!”

“Had the oil changed for the first time at Walmart in Clermont. The woman employee that was working the line for the changes will never win a Ms. Congeniality contest. I had a few questions and she never looked up from her screen. Made zero eye contact and spoke into her Ipad in such a low tone that I had to keep asking her to speak up. She never smiled and was not the least bit friendly! Send her back to good customer service 101.
Also, I was in the grocery area and a woman with a small dog and no “service dog” vest was allowing the dog to walk next to her. She had to stop because her little dog decided to take a dump. She used a bag to pick it up but left feces on the floor….lovely. I can’t imagine how many items she touched and customers picked up the residue on their shoes that she left on the floor. With the elimination of the greeters there are no employees stopping customers with dogs at the door. A service dog must be clearly marked and are trained not to alleviate themselves in a store. Train your employees to kindly ask them to leave the store with their non-service dog, it’s a health matter.”

“Last week was our 1st time at a Bealls outlet. The store seemed to be about 75% full of products but we were able to walk out with the shopping carts worth of things at a great price. I was actually able to find some items at more than 70% off the they are listed price. I highly recommend checking out this outlet store.”
“This particular Family Dollar could definitely do with a face-lift, but it basically does the job that it was intended for. The staff was friendly and it had the merchandise that you normally associate with a dollar store. There was a lot of parking and overall, it was a positive experience.”

“What I wanna say, is that, Julio, the manager's assistance of the store in Groveland FL is not good assistents, He's the best, he's above and beyond, he gave me all the time necessary to resolve my issue with returning a defect item, which I don't know where I put my receipt or my order number, and I call
him about 10 times, no kidding, maybe about 12 times or maybe 15 times today, May 04th, 2025, and he gave me all the attention every time I call.
The other supervisor and manager at the store should learn from him how not to be good, but learn with Mr. Julio how to be the best like him is, Mr. Julio, you are the best ever you are top notch.”
