“This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous, but, boy was it the right choice!! Adam at St. Petersburg Car Rentals could not have been more helpful or communicative. Answered all my questions, provided all the info we'd need for a safe trip (even gave me his mechanic's info "just in case" ... we didn't need it, of course), and the car was right there waiting for us when we arrived. It took us 45 seconds to get in and get going compared to the 45 minutes our friends spent in line at the rental car space. “The last 2 car rentals were needed transportation for my family and I. Both were coordinated smoothly and without hassle. “I was impressed with the clean car provided to me, and how nice it looked on the outside as well.The service as soon as I arrived and walked into the rental office was everything that I would expect from a business like Enterprise, the staff was very friendly and took care of my transportation needs. A couple of employees really stand out in regards of their professional manner, Dillon was the first service rep that I spoke to on the phone and he also presented me with the car I would be borrowing, he was kind and respectful and made the whole pick up process easy and quick. when I returned the vehicle, Macey was the young lady who greeted me right out in the parking lot, she was prepared and spot on with making the return convenient and quick, she had the pad in hand and was able to do the whole process without me having to go into the building, that’s what I call good business!”

“Unbelievable service and experience from the beginning through the end. My car was hit so I got a rental car through my insurance company. I didn’t have rental coverage so I self paid but got a big discount for working with the dealership and insurance company and enterprise. Everyone was phenomenal from picking me up at the dealership through dropping me off at home when my car was finished. I’m normally pretty wary of rental car places but I never felt weird or like I was being taken advantage of at all. I would 100% recommend this place and will be back should I need a rental car again.”

I forgot to tell them the particular car I wanted (and they quickly got it for me) A lot of places would have an attitude to tell them at the last minute when they just got another car ready but they made me feel like I was an important guest. I forget the front desk lady's name but she was super accommodating and kind as well. Highly recommend”

“Let me first say that today I went in to rent a car and this place I found on google! The owner was so polite and made me feel comfortable through this first time process. I got a Honda and it was in great condition! He offered me water and there was a sit down area for us to talk and I asked a few questions. I rented for 1 week and the price was just like the other reviews! I will come back !!”

“A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. It's a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. It's a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isn't a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but I've rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when I've been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!”

“I had been to all the other car rental agencies in St. Pete Beach, after being disappointed at the initial place didn't have the car I had reserved ahead of time. I was told that I could drive to Tampa to see if they had a similar vehicle there. I stopped at the Avis location on Gulf Blvd and told Shadae what had happened to me. She checked some things out and made some adjustments and provided me with the perfect vehicle! This was without any fussing or negativity on her part at all!! She was the perfect model of customer service and was so pleasant to deal with! I know where I'll be going the next time a similar need I know where I'll go! “Convenient location. My husband made a reservation for a car and went to pick it up. He only had his debit card and they would only accept a major credit card, which he had left at home. So he asked them to cancel the reservation and he would have me come down with my credit card to make a new reservation. This was just minutes after the time of his reservation and because they canceled it just two minutes after the time he was supposed to have picked up they charged him for a full day with no refund. But the price for the week was pretty good, except for that fee. I will probably look into another rental car company next year as I do not trust them any longer.”

“Beware of the extra fees! Thought we got a good deal on the SUV rental until we returned it this morning and was charged $200 more for an extra driver - for a husband and wife to drive the vehicle ($13.99 a day $135 plus $50+ taxes). Next time we will go back to Enterprise Rent a Car for this exact reason. To charge that much extra for a spouse who has the same insurance to drive the car is a pretty steep fee. The guy Charlie who checked us in and out was friendly. The vehicle itself was very nice. Also after just reading the policies online on extra drivers, the employee did not let us know that for disabled drivers and AAA members the extra driver fee is waived - which applies to us - oh well - guess we are just out $200.”
