“I was dreading this day due to prior experiences. Christian was so helpful, patient, and clear with his answers to my many questions. He has the patience of a saint and answered all my many questions throughout the whole process. This was the best service, by far, that I've ever had with Verizon. I could go on and on, he was that helpful!”

“Brandon was the overall best sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He works great under pressure. The system consistently was giving him problems. He had to call the center multiple times and had to give repetitive explanations of what was happening. On Monday 6-15-26 our service took over 4 hrs to complete and lasted past normal business hrs. We had to return to complete the final steps of the service. Brandon was a pleasure the entire time. He was competent, patient, and efficient in his abilities. He deserves a raise. I would not entrust our circumstance that night to any other representative.”
