The Springs are gorgeous, the visitors are some sub species that found the place. Anyway, in our delirium of needing a clean shower, I Googled and found Colsie. Adorable! Great coffee, awesome atmosphere. People curled up on couches, what looked like really old hardwood floors. If I lived closer, would definitely be a frequent visitor. Didn't eat any of the displayed pastries, but they looked wonderful. I would have taken more pictures but was dying to get home.

18732 NW US Hwy 441, High SpringsWonderful country cooking and great BBQ! Every time I come in, it's great service and hot, quick food! Sweet tea is great and so are the sides. Bev's Better Bugers two locations are good too, but the original Diner is the best! My only complaint is with the recent menu changes, they no longer serve my favorite which is the sliced roast beef plate. I want to encourage Bev's to bring it back, because I'd go there more often if they had it again.

18587 High Springs Main St, High SpringsI love this place so much! Food is always great, service is always on point, and the vibe is amazing! We love spending special occasions on the outdoor patio and always bring our family here when they’re in town. We just recently had the honor of spending our bachelorette party in the boat house outside and it was perfect, and the staff was sooo kind and accommodating! Perfect place to end our day after a long day at the springs!
