“The room was very nice and peaking was convenient. I was also given a location closer to the boardwalk, which was an unexpected surprise. I'll will definitely visit again.Walkability: Less than 50 feet from the beach.Food & drinks: Close to boardwalk and local restaurants.”
“Prime location- within walkable distance to the downtown area with a lot of restaurants. The rooms were very clean, and I loved the complimentary snacks and water/drinks/tea. Eddie checked us in and was so friendly and helpful in providing us a tour/tips of the area despite us checking in so late. Would definitely come back the next time I’m in Florida.”
“During spring break, Hotels in Hollywood,Florida that have vacancies are hard to find. I felt fortunate to find a motel with a AAA rating that was minutes from the Hollywood beach and booked it. As I pulled up to the Shell Motel after a 4 hour drive, I was elated to see I had made a good choice. It was located close to the airport, golf, casinos, horse and dog tracts and walking distant to restaurants and nearby shopping. One of the managers Pierre, took my luggage and me to point out the heated pool and room amenities. I have stayed in major hotels that were not as spotless as these accommodations. I can see why they have received so many 5 star reviews. This will be my choice on my next trip to Hollywood, Fl.”
“I’ve been visiting this place for over 10 years and it’s always been a favorite for me, my family, and friends. The live music and food are fantastic, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, there’s one employee—the guy who’s always walking around closing the place and moving boxes from side to side—who is consistently rude to customers. It’s disappointing because it takes away from the great atmosphere. I would have given 5 stars, but I’m giving 4 because of this issue. I hope management addresses it to keep the positive vibe we all love without canceling anyone.”
“Quaint little room, living room, kitchen and full bathroom. The decor was cute and fitting for the location. It was a little cramped but we also had three people there so we brought that on ourselves ?. The only reason I gave four stars on the room category is because there was hair on the mattress when we pulled down the comforter. The soap dispenser in the shower is a great feature, but I recommend unclogging them! Other than that, it was a great stay.”

“Our stay here was great! We had a small problem, the room key wouldn't work. The manager quickly looked after us and gave us another room. Once in the new room we discovered we left some stuff in our previous room. The manager once again helped us out and personally got access and made it right for us. Thank you so much! You went beyond for us and it was appreciated!”

“The rooms are good and the service diligent, the only drawback is that when leaving the hotel on Friday the 22nd in the afternoon at 3 in the afternoon with a reservation until Saturday, it was decided to return earlier and after 40 minutes of travel to Orlando I realized that He left 2 sunglasses on the cabinet under the TV and my daughter called to have them verify it so they could please send them to us. They did not confirm the room name and telephone number to return the call. We have already been exposing this case 5 times, they take the call but they do not solve it and they do not give reason for nothing….in services the small details make the difference and the after-service is one of them, the icing on the cake.Rooms: They are fine”
“Interesting Air B&B - 1 Block from Nick's on the broadwalk @ Hollywood Beach. The rate was ok. What was not ok was the management company, without prior authorization, took a $400.00 cleaning deposit. We left the unit spotless still waiting for our deposit to be cleared.”
“Wasn’t as bad as what we had heard. Pretty laid back but we were only there during the day to lay out by the pool. The bartender was great and the lady making lunch on the grill was pretty cool. They had sausages, hot dogs, Kabasa, and burgers. We may go back again. During the week it’s half the price of the weekend for a day pass and then if you’re going to stay for the party later that night it’s another $80 on the weekend.”
“Great place to stay for a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Nice clean rooms and beds. Great little seating nooks in the garden area! Bathrooms were clean, and the drip coffee in the room was very good.Walkability: One street away from the boardwalk on the ocean side!”

“(I shop by reviews 1st !) 5 star here !( this is not a resort, it is a room. Keep that in mind, but an exceptional one !)This place was extremely extremely clean! This is important to me, because I work in medicine, but it should be important to everyone!, & I also own & run my own Airbnb's. So I constantly look with a scrutinizing eye!Location, location !Steps away from the beach & the boardwalk. City keeps the beach extremely clean also. Lots of amenities along the boardwalk.Walking distance to the water taxi!Room with a kitchenette? Awesome! I bought fresh fish / seafood for every day to cook in my own room, made my own fresh salads to take to the beach, although there are lots of great restaurants walkable in the area.Strong police presence at the beach, which made me feel safe!* bring your own beach towel, or you will wish you had ( $20 deposit for a scrawny one) which reveals why they need to do this" complimentary parking" was advertised, misleading, as it is - $20 / day, thru them, other unaccomodating options available.Free breakfast, appreciated, although the minimum, but appreciated.Check in instructions were not included. I was not the only one left Questioning the instructions on how to do this. There is an office located two buildings over.Although your staff might be very good at what they do, a smile and a friendly, cheerful attitude does go a long way. Staff seem like they were very unhappy.( you really could ise more staff for the check out process with the # of occupancy)I really enjoyed this place! The prices were extremely reasonable, and then I was told upon arrival I could've even had a better rate booking directly through them. I am definitely keeping them in my contacts for my next visit!Ownership is doing a great job hereYou are a good role model for this business”

“Looking at the reviews I was really worried about my stay . But to my surprise this wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be . Yes this hotel is undergoing construction so elevator was dusty . But the room we got was clean and neat . They have onsite parking for $15 everything went smooth . For the money that we paid and we just stayed a night this hotel was good .”
