“Monica is an amazing person to have with your company. My name is Betty and i have been a customer for a few years. Just having surgery, and telling Monica ,she offered to bring my food out and take my payment because it was heart surgery and can’t walk far. Also if i call this store she knows my name and my allergies to onion. She always checks the food before i leave to make sure there’s no onion. She is a very good asset to your companyI will continue to come here because she’s amazing.”
“I regularly have a good experience at this Aldi but tonight I felt the service needed to be commended. My cashier, Dyquaris, was super friendly, super quick... not only helpful to me, but also watched him assist an elderly lady in picking up her cane she dropped. Im not surprised by his actions as his attitude is clearly a very positive one for the store and I wanted you to know.”

“JUST .....WOW. what a great place to shop! This store is laid out like most Publix, but it is bigger than others and the selection is amazing. Hands down Publix has the prettiest selection of veggies and fruit. Everything is so clean and the displays are fully stocked. Beginning with the florals all the way around the store everywhere you look is something yummy and tempting. Associates are ready and willing to help. The fresh seafood, meat and poultry counters are large and the prices are competative. I was pleased with the great selection. I have visited this location 3 times since we arrived, each visit has been a most enjoyable experience.”
“There is not a lot of competition, so a 5 star review is no brainer. Pani puri fixings are frozen, unlike what I'm accustomed to, but a nice treat to have. And my new Ganesh/Ganopati is a nice addition to my dashboard. I'll definitely be back.”

“I shopped here for nearly 20 years before moving out of Florida altogether. The owners were always super kind and friendly. Store is well-stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Growing up in NW Bradenton, it was a super convenient location to ride my bike to. As I got older, it remained a local staple and many late night snack/beer runs were made here. It is an all-around great store. 5/5 stars.”

“On Saturday 2/14 in the evening I ran into Publix, my 5 year old grandson was coming and I wanted to get a few things for him for Valentines. I was walking around the bakery talking to my husband saying I just want one cupcake they dont have just one cupcake, Aaron says to me your looking for one cupcake? I said yes, he said I might be able to help you, he walked over to the bakery counter spoke to Andy, then turned around and said go pick out the cupcake you want. I was so surprised, so happy that Aaron was listening and stopped what he was doing to help me. I told Andy which cupcake and had one more request, I asked him if he could write a heart on it, he took his time and drew the best heart that he could on this little cupcake. All I wanted was one little cupcake, I didn’t think I was going to get it but because Aaron was listening, and Andy’s little heart on a cupcake, my little Valentines for my grandson was perfect. I want to thank Aaron and Andy for going over and above and I want to thank Publix bakery for being one of the best parts of the store. -Melissa and Oliver Holder”

“I live on the island but often shop st Beachway Plaza Public, because it has so much more, including a Zenshi Sushi chef (who has made special orders for me with briwn rice, when he has some), and the Island Publix doesn't carry many items that I see on sale in the Publix app. Their app is the best (since they fixed it) and I make my list in the app, and at checkout, it applies my saved coupons and rewards, and I get my receipt by email.
The Beachway store staff are very helpful, and have ordered itemsfor me that are out of stock. Check my pictures to see the BOGO sale items. I got rainchecks for the organic, grass fed steaks on BOGO!
The staff at both stores are great - and even transfer when needed.”
“The rotisserie chickens are delicious! They have great cheese varieties… They have numerous organic options, For those of us who like to be extra healthy! I love everything about this grocery store/ health store…. Except for recently, they took away the tables outside, which made coming here a less than perfect experience.

“Customer service at its best! I can not thank MJ enough for his kindness and patience and also his suggestions for my family reunion get together. I had a long list of family member requests for alcohol. MJ helped me figure out how much I should buy based on my list and the number of people. I do not drink so I was clueless. He was so busy and he was so calm with me and kept on assisting me while still running up and ringing people out. He sure was multi tasking. Thank you MJ. This was almost a month ago so I apologize for not singing your praises sooner. Hope they give raises or promotions for reviews. You’re a great person MJ!”

“Devin, Marion and Tom is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! There's so many things that I can say about them but I'm not going to take all of your time. Devin is Absolutely Perfect for Dollar General. He always helps me when I need something, he dropped everything and he rings me up with a Smile and Accuracy. When he's not at the register he's always working putting things up and with the smile he always be I love him dearly that is the way customer service is supposed to be and Devin has perfected that. Marion. When I first met Marion I came in the store and mind you I moved from Parrish Florida all the way over here to the West Side. Marion has always helped me with anything that I've needed came to her with the concern because as an Black Bahamian woman I needed product for Blacks. . She works so hard to get that for us there has never been a variety like this EVER in any store I've ever been in I want to say that Marian has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She is prompt with whatever you ask for she gets the job done with the smime. We have great conversations I love her also. Tom. Words can't I express the Joy that I feel when I come to the store because Tom is someone who can lift your Spirit even if you're having a bad day. He spe5ak loud and clear he remembers your name, he knows what he's talking about the last time you're seen. He he helps in EVERY way. I love Tom also. The moral of this story is that customer service is more than customer service you have to show your people that you care about them. Devin, Marion and Tom has shown that I give them five stars every time I see them I have a smile on my face. I recommend everyone to come to the Dollar General on Cortez Road close by the beach you guys are awesome thank you for what you do!!!”

“This placce is a "MUST STOP AT" every time i visit the island. Love this little store ! It has great food and grocery items that come in handy when you are at this end of the island. They even have a little gift shop with icecream !I think the cutest part is that they even advertise other local businesses on the island and it gives it a small town feeling.”

I am writing to express my concern regarding the availability of products at your store.
I have noticed that certain phones are displayed on the shelves, yet they are not available for purchase. As paying customers, we expect that items presented in the store should be for purchase.
If these phones are not for sale, I request that they be removed from the shelves to prevent any confusion. It would greatly improve the shopping experience if customers could trust that the items on the shelves are truly available.
