Amazon had already made the process a bit difficult, so I was not looking forward to having to do this, but a young lady named Kolby was so kind, patient, and helpful and made the process smooth and seamless! “Never have an issue here. The staff are fast, knowledgeable and if you come in at the right times, NO lines…in & out quickly. I typically box up my parcels & print labels online but the website has become too complicated and time consuming. So I have them print out shipping labels.
