“Mary Rifenburg at the Largo branch is awesome! She and the the finance team at Grow Financial helped me to purchase the lease for my 2020 Mazda Miata. Mary went above and beyond in assisting me throughout the whole lending process, much more than I ever expected. She went the extra mile to call multiple dealerships to try and see if they would accept an outside lender, which today seems to be a bit of a challenge! She also thought outside of the box for different approaches on how I could finance the lease buy out when it appeared that the first Mazda dealership would not engage in the loan process.I am truly grateful for all the support the lending team at Grow has done just for me, when I just applied for a loan online. I have not been a member of the Grow family before now; however, because of the extra mile and attention I received I now have a lower interest loan for the car that I love. “Karen and Elaine are amazing! I used to work for a company that uses them (and they still do, I just don’t work there anymore). I opened a couple of accounts there, and although I don’t do my main checking account with them, I really should. The customer service is just top notch, much better than what you get from big banks like BOA. It’s been like a year since I’ve been by the branch but I know my money is in good hands and ladies call to check up on things here and there. Definitely recommend this bank, especially with a banking industry that’s throwing customer service out the door.”

“You have to maintain $5,000 in your checking account and their locations are sparse I think the the tellers inside have a specific pitch for new customers I don't like that being that I have sold everything from books to homes. The prose is it's easy to get a checking account and don't have to worry about your credit and their lacks on that which is a good thing for those of us that have low credit scores”
“GREAT customer service and staff. Opened a new account and felt very welcome. The only downside is that if you open an account by depositing a check it takes 3 WEEKS for your money to clear. This is a bit much especially with today's technology. The most I have ever had to wait at other banks is 10 days, which still seems long. Besides that everything about my visit to the bank was great. I would highly recommend based on the customer service.”

“Opened a checking and savings account today and I was quite impressed with the service. Lynn, one of the head tellers, came over and talked to me for a bit, like a regular person and not some 'financial object'. She introduced me to Mark Manuel who guided me through the procedures, all the while carrying on a genuine conversation about our respective backgrounds. I like Regions as they offer the 50-over no-fees for checking. I had my account set up within 20 minutes. One star off because they don't offer a 'referral incentive' for members referring new clients. Otherwise, a solid place to bank. We joked about how bad Wachovia is and they say they refer to this bank as "Walkovaya' I liked that.”

Once again I put my mother and her wheelchair in my car. We went to the Eagles ParkBranch. I’m so glad we got Mohamed. He promised he would do everything he could to help us. “On this location: This is the branch I regularly come too and HATE when I have to go to any other branch bc of the excellent customer service I receive here. They set the bar high, every other branch I go to is just not the same welcoming and helpful staff. I’ve been to three or four other branch locations through the Tampa Bay Area and this one by far is the best! I will literally drive out of my way to come here because of the difference. The drive thru is a plus as well. Thank you guys for being so awesome, helpful, and welcoming!On the bank itself as a company: I’ve been banking with this bank close to ten years, I was referred through other members and opened my first ever account and it’s been nothing but five star since! So much so when I opened my own business and needed a business account I came straight here. It’s affordable and honestly so much better than the big brand banks that just want to nickel and dime your own money like the other banks I’ve been too. I referred my fiancé when he needed a new bank and he finds them to be a great bank as well.”
