“I went to this branch location today for a few things and Naira was so helpful!! I didn’t realize they close inside at 5pm, I thought they were open until 7pm and I showed up around 4:30. Naira was so nice and helpful I had no idea I kept her past closing until we were finished and she walked me out, that’s when I realized the place was empty. I have been banking here for years and never had a bad experience. I opened an account today for my son so we will definitely continue banking here!”

“Opened a checking and savings account today and I was quite impressed with the service. Lynn, one of the head tellers, came over and talked to me for a bit, like a regular person and not some 'financial object'. She introduced me to Mark Manuel who guided me through the procedures, all the while carrying on a genuine conversation about our respective backgrounds. I like Regions as they offer the 50-over no-fees for checking. I had my account set up within 20 minutes. One star off because they don't offer a 'referral incentive' for members referring new clients. Otherwise, a solid place to bank. We joked about how bad Wachovia is and they say they refer to this bank as "Walkovaya' I liked that.”
