After pods loaded they tell me they do not deliver with in 200 miles of my destination. After they told me at booking that we could use a semi trailer to deliver to my new house

We had an appointment to load stuff into our storage unit on Saturday and they already had it ready for us. It was also storming outside and they allowed us to access the unit inside which was super helpful.
