Can't say enough about the employees of this location. Mr. Jessie assisted me with a phone issue of mine. His intellect and knowledge solved my issues in short order. I was blown away by the level of customer service. (That seems to be absent these days) Thank you, AT&T and especially Mr. Jessie !

Torrey at att store on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, FL was an excellent gentleman and he was an excellent in customer service and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of cell phones and I will buy again and give plenty of referrals David Kinney
