With a great, central location, it has very convenient hours--early morning until evening--making it more accessible. The manager, Bryan, treats customers with kindness, keeping communication open and respectful. He is prompt to address questions. His capable, friendly staff is helpful and professional. The range of available units have good, competitive rates that I've found to be the best as a repeat customer to this U-Haul location.”

“I walked in and waited for a few seconds on the guy at the counter who told me someone would be with me shortly. Shortly there after the young lady I saw helping others outside walked in and pleasantly greeted me with a smile while asking how could she help me…… I immediately said THANK YOU GOD because I had just finished praying that I’d walk inside and be treated professionally by someone that acted like they appreciated my business regardless of the amount I planned on spending and Niyea did that and more!!! Not only did she help me pick out the proper part that I came to purchase. But she walked me through the entire process with the proper measurements and even got the manager to come out to install it for me. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE it was at this particular U-Haul….. Niyea you are appreciated ?”

“When working with a terrible company like uhaul, who doesn’t call their customers back, they are doing the best they can. Great customer service and very friendly. More seating and more parking. I know the primary business is construction, but it’s unfair to make money from uhaul while not prioritizing the brand and making it secondary in your location. Super friendly though, but the lack of parking and lack of staff caused a delay in my moving that day. Overall good experience. Uhaul corporate still hasn’t called me back from their terrible instructions over the phone.”

“I consider myself a very honorable person but I was disappointed to learn that the U-Haul representative was required to take a photo of me which I feel was intrusive.Had we been told this during the reservation phase I would have declined and rented elsewhere. I will not be returning to any U-Haul locations for this reason.”

“I always get my trucks from this location. I have been to the other 2 locations on st johns bluff and they are both rude and unhelpfull . they neither have enough trucks but this location has always had what i need when i have needed a special size truck that day with no notice .great customer service and always have enough trucks.”

“My van broke down right off of exit 262b and I called this uhaul on a holiday weekend at 12:30. Lauren answered the phone and was the MOST HELPFUL AMAZING HUMAN. She gave us directions to pick up the car trailer and told us if we couldn't find the building to call and she would flag us down. Lauren helped us hook the trailer up, make sure the lights were working, and was so pleasant. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this uhaul and how helpful Lauren has been to us.”
