“Kohls always has interesting merchandise. You can find great humerous t shirts for teens here. Hadn't been in for a bit and was really surprised at the increase in prices. Personally, for me Kohl's Cash isn't a plus. Just bring the prices down to where they are affordable for regular people. I was looking for a pair of warm gloves since it's the coldest winter in 15 years. The pair of women's Isotoner gloves I wanted was still $44.99. Really? That's the same price as Dillard's. Oh well. No gloves this time.”

“Not a bad Target location. Clean for the most part, well lit and organized. A few items on the floor on the shoe section, but that's normal. Some people just refuse to clean up and pick up after themselves!! Cashier was friendly, quick, and polite. Prices are good. Lots of parking!”

“I have noticed the clearance ctr. for a long time but never caught it open. Today was my lucky day. I found a lot of good deals on clothing and got 2 pairs of pants and a top, all for $4.99 each. Thinking of clearance stores you expect only picked over limited choices but that's not the case here. Nice clothing at good prices.”
“I like Mega Liquidation Center. As far as I know, there are two locations in Jacksonville. This is the smaller location. The store is small and the items are densely stacked. So the store does appear as cluttered. The aisles are a tight fit. They have small kitchen appliances, paper goods, laundry supplies, toiletries, canned goods, packaged nonperishable foods, soft drinks, a frozen foods section, wines, men's, women's, children's clothing, beach chairs, and much more. There is a back area with some furniture and larger items as well as miscellaneous items. When they have loose bottled water it is always a good deal. 10 for $1. They have some of everything. I have purchased clothing here. The clothing aisles are a very tight squeeze but the discount prices are worth the inconvenience.”
“I'm retired and really didn't need another suit, but my partner's granddaughter is getting married and everyone is supposed to be dressed formally and in Black. The manager, Shannon, spent time with me trying to match a black jacket I bought elsewhere the day before, since I really didn't want to spend what a men's wearhouse suit would cost. She wrote down the sizes I was looking for and two other stores that might have something in my price range. She was spot on and I was able to buy a black suit at one of those stores for a LOT less. Mind you, I really like the quality of the men's wearhouse suits, but at this stage in my life, I didn't need another high quality suit (I still have 4-5 great quality suits, just not black). She didn't make a dime on me, but she went above and beyond to help me out and that deserves at least a 5 star review!”

I went into Dillard’s simply to make a return and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maria in the lingerie department. What started as a routine errand turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
Maria was friendly, kind, courteous, and genuinely complimentary. Her level of care and attention was far beyond what I expected. When I realized after getting home that I had purchased the wrong size, I called the store—and Maria didn’t hesitate. She personally gathered the correct size and set it aside behind the counter for me to pick up on Sunday.
That kind of service is rare these days. Maria went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Dillard’s is fortunate to have someone like her, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.”

“Lately, I’ve DREADED going to any Marshall stores because of how bad they push their credit cards onto their customers. It doesn’t make me want to shop at Marshall’s/tj Maxx stores anymore because of how pushy some employees are and how quickly their attitude changes when you say “no.” Not very good customer service overall from several employees. Well, I visited this particular store while I was in town and the girl that rang me up was AWESOME! Gave me hope in Marshalls humanity. I wish I had gotten her name but she was so sweet and didn’t make me feel like I had to give up my whole kidney for a store credit card. I said “no thank you “ and she was UNDERSTANDING. Don’t get me wrong, I understand it’s part of their job to push the cards but the way she handled it was perfect (unlike other employees). We need more Marshalls employees like her because I am not trying to sell my soul to Marshalls over a $60 purchase. May her pillow always be cold on each side ❤️”
“I had such a good experience tonight. I had to bring back a dog kennel that was unopened and still in the box. However, it was 70 pounds.
Marsha in customer service grabbed a flat bed and with a guy( wish I had gotten his name) too went to the truck I was driving and took it inside the store.

“Tons of good deals but wish isles were wider as you facing another person with buggy won’t fit. Shoe alarms stay going off way too long and a bit ridiculous as they have sensors too right lol. Fast check out and friendly staff. I went weekend before Christmas too. Management pleasant both visits. Keep up the great work team as the fact I even came back the next day says a lot!”
