“I picked up some "Snapdragon" seeds, fertilizer, and weed spray for my yard at a very reasonable price. The cashiers were so helpful in giving me suggestions on which weed spray to select. They have an excellent selection of potted plants for inside my home,as well! A wonderful garden place to visit!!”

“Cultivate has the best curated store in Riverside by far. Love all the fun items, and every time I end up popping in I have to get something. I also appreciate that they have art from local artists, as I really like to decorate my home with local art. The staff are always kind and once she even went out of her way to show me a plant they had in their back room because I had been looking at the growing contraption (the really cool acorn growing globe thing they have) in the front of the store. I always feel welcome in this store regardless of how many customers are in the store or what's happening that day. They're also just in front of my favorite bookstore in Jax so that's also a plus in my book.”

“I love this nursery! They have so many interesting plants and those interesting plants cannot be found at the big box store. The prices are very reasonable and they usually have a discount area at the front of the store with either garden tools or plants that need a new home. During my visit I purchased some oyster plants and a miracle fruit tree. These trees do not need a friend tree to pollinate. The calladiums were on super sale so I also purchased 20 of those! It was super sale! You will love this place.”

“I needed a spare key made for my front door lock. In the past I've had good luck with having duplicates made at a local Ace Hardware. Not this time. After 2 unsuccessful tries I took it to this Home Depot. I explained the situation to their key cutter, a man who called himself "Flip" and who appeared to have expertise. He closely examined the original key and noticed a barely perceptible groove the others had missed. He fiddled with the machine until he got a perfect match. THANK YOU, Flip!”

“I just picked up my order from curbside and I am truly impressed! I used the HD app to let the store know I was on my way. By the time I entered the parking spot I was in, Caleb Deana was at my window with my order. This man is a magician! Literally took seconds. Please award his commitment to customer service. This was by far the best curbside experience I have ever had. Not just with HD, but with ALL stores I have utilized the curbside pickup.”

“me and my girl friend went looking for sinks, and we already had one in mind that we liked. when we got to the sink section, we could only find the sink we wanted on display, and not in a box to buy. so we asked Karen from the plumbing department for help. we waited a little while for help because she was dealing with something else, but after a couple of minutes she came over. she searched and searched for the sink we wanted, but there was issues with inventory. The sink we wanted was $149 and she grabbed one for $179, and told us she would mark it down for us. She also grabbed a $80 water faucet for the sink, and completely marked it down. She then proceeded to walk us to the front of the store, and assist us with checkout.”

“We ordered replacement sinks and kits for our master bathroom online and when we came to pick up our order it was incomplete. Was told not everything was available in store and that we were refunded the missing item. We were told that we were supposed to have been notified and refunded but we never got a call, text or even email. I also asked if we could check for the item since it shows online that they have it. A manager named Tofa took care of us, helped us find the item and gave us a good deal for our inconvenience. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Shout out to Mr Tofa!!!”

“Home Depot is always great with what they offer and they also give a military discount on every purchase. I visit more during the holidays and their stock on Christmas decor is very light for the first of December. They are low on trees and out of stock on a lot of seasonal items. Everyday items always have a good amount of stock.”
