“Amazing customer service, unbeatable fair pricing on all plants. Looking for succulents? They've got them. Looking for pollinator attracting flowers, they've got them. Herbs and other edible plants? They've got them. Planters and soil galore. You cannot go wrong with this place for all your gardens wants and needs. 10/10 will return again.”
“Looks can be deceiving. This is a fantastic little feed store. Excellent selection and pricing on gardening supplies. Lots of vegetables and herbs for the same price, or cheaper, as the big garden centers. Cheap pots & great potting soil. Employees that take pride in the products they offer. Someone's always willing to help you to the car. And if you don't see what you're looking for, ask. There's a good chance there's some in the back. Bunnies for $25 (vs. $100+ at pet stores). Parrot food, dog food, chicks, pest control, flea treatments, you never know what you may find”
“This is our usual ACE. We have been there many times before. For the most part we can get what we came for, which generally includes a 40 lb bag of water softener salt. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, sometimes chatty and sometimes quiet. Since we almost always know what we want and where it is it is rarely necessary to talk to staff other than the cashier. Note that parking is dicey. Customers tend to drive and park like no one else exists, the sno-cone and propane areas take up far too much space, and the spaces are too small even though a lot of people drive big pickups and SUVs. Overall we are happy with this location but try to go at unpopular times because of the tight parking even in a big lot and at the far reaches.”

“Duncan was phenomenal—super knowledgeable about the different varieties and even how their growth habits change over time. He helped me spot subtle differences between two plants that looked identical (only one was variegated!) and explained that the variegated one would stay more compact.
We came for the indoor plants but were blown away by their Euphorbia “cactus” collection and took two home. So glad we stopped in!”

“Dean was courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices and decent selection of inventory. They are in the business of selling mulch, stone, top soil, etc. Accordingly, the lot is dirt and gravel. So, don't wear your good shoes.”

“This store is a true gem of riverside. This is my go to spot to get local gifts. They have a gift for almost everyone. The children’s items are precious and high-quality. The plants are a very normal price and in great shape! I love the pots, candles , jewelry, art etc that they have to offer! They also have very nice used clothing in the back! I have found a couple of great pieces now! Not to mention now they even have a pop up coffee shop! If you don’t have self control you may spend lots! Be aware!”

“I got held up today and missed the cutoff to pick up some sod. I called and they agreed to let me pick up after hours. When I got there, I was expecting to hand-load it myself, but Nate was just leaving. He actually clocked back in and used the loader to get the pallet onto my trailer before he went home. That’s top-tier customer service in my book! Give that man a raise”
“I will say I’m beyond words on how this tool center runs. I rented a walk behind concrete saw from the Orange Park location. Please stay away from wells rd. As a contractor we spend almost 300k year with Home Depot. The blade orange park let the machine leave with wasn’t tight, was dull. They wanted me to take it all the way back to swap blade and everything. Well I couldn’t take it across town from the job site and leave 4 laborers behind and pay them to sit there. So I loaded it up and took it to the lem turner store. Mr John greeted us and said he’d be with us in a minute. I explained the situation to him and he was baffled in condition the saw left in from another store. We had to purchase a new blade outta pocket. But Mr John made a few phone calls and made it right. He changed the blade for us and verified everything else was good with it. We go back to the job site and got 5 feet cut and the saw took a dump. So we went back to lem turner and rented a handheld concrete saw. John made it right. And during the return to bring saw back Ms Jada was absolutely amazing. She was fast courteous and on point. She asks if there were any concerns about the equipment before it got re rented and she asked if she could assist us with anything else. Between John & Jada this Home Depot has landed my new tool rental from this point forward . Thank you John & Jada for going above and beyond with customer service skill.”
“I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!”
“Had a truly stellar experience with the rental guys. I'd gotten more tool than I needed and they were kind in letting me exchange it and not charging extra. I've rented several times and am always impressed. I'm not much of a diy guy, but with youtube and the same tools the pros use, you can do a lot for way, way less.”

“Simple, efficient and straightforward. I rented a utility trailer and it was ready to pick up and in great condition. I needed to extend the rental time window and I was able to call and talk to a person; super easy. No weird fees or bs extra charges. Will absolutely be renting from them again.
Bonus: I saw they had some of the rental equipment for sale at a solid discount as well.”

From start to finish, everybody was super helpful! I had two ladies helping me locate the tile I found online, as aisle EZ was a little hard to find. Then a gentleman loaded the large tiles onto a cart for me and noticed some were chipped thankfully and put to the side until I asked them if I could have them at a discount😁🙌 Then after pulling up to self checkout while lugging my large cart with a crazy grandma and 3 kiddos around, a sweet lady with tight blonde curls (wish I got her name) helped me and rang some other team members to help load. Unbeknownst to me, her and my grandma prayed that my car would start as I had been having trouble with it starting and the trunk opening and my crying daughter to feel better while I ran outside to pull closer for loading. My car started, my trunk button worked and opened for the first time in a long time thankfully, and my daughter started to feel better shortly after. Y’all got a lady that is tight with the Lord and you better keep her around or give her a raise🤪 I hope she sees this and knows I am thankful for her!!🫶”
“I had the most wonderful experience today from Kismet and Jeanine. Both went out of their way with patience to help a 78 yr old on an assignment to get wood cut, tools bought, paint supplies etc.

“Well today, I had to stop at home depot cause I needed some keys made cause, I've lost my house keys and so while me and my daughter was out, I asked her to stop there, get me 2 keys made and that was basically it. I got 2 very nice keys made trying not to keep getting keys. Made what the regular signature look. I got to made with the pictures on them so I can differ them from other keys.”
