The service was amazing! Especially Kari Olson, who was able to work with me. I had a small issue and she was able to help me have a wonderful stay. She provided me with restaurants around the area and the valet was awesome. I appreciate the staff members and will definitely come back. Thank you Kari and the staff members!

We stayed at the Marriott in Jacksonville to attend a concert at the Symphony. We had dinner at the bar and Mason waited on us. He was very attentive even though the lounge was very overwhelmed and crowded . He was polite and very friendly! We would definitely visit this Marriott again.
