“I had the pleasure of working with Sonya twice over the past two weeks, and both experiences were excellent. From start to finish, she was incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and accommodating. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure every part of the rental process went smoothly. What really stood out was how easy she made everything feel. Renting a U-Haul can sometimes seem like a hassle, but Sonya's friendly attitude, organization, and efficiency made the entire experience feel effortless. She genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and it shows in the way she treats her customers. If you're looking for a stress-free rental experience, I highly recommend working with Sonia. She went above and beyond both times I visited, and she's a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Thank you, Sonya, for making the process so simple and pleasant!”
