With a great, central location, it has very convenient hours--early morning until evening--making it more accessible. The manager, Bryan, treats customers with kindness, keeping communication open and respectful. He is prompt to address questions. His capable, friendly staff is helpful and professional. The range of available units have good, competitive rates that I've found to be the best as a repeat customer to this U-Haul location.”
“I forgot the lady that helped me on 2/11/25 around 6pm ish was so professional and polite. She was helping me and another customer came in and she was attentive to both of and never skipped beat.
She seen me on the camera I assumed and she came out the door to greet me. I was in and out in no time.

“U-Haul accommodated my need for a truck with very little notice and no wiggle room. It was either Saturday or nothing. They were easy to use and getting the truck was seamless. The worker was very very nice and funny to us when we came inside the gas station to get it. U-Haul is also way more affordable than any other company I reviewed AND gave us more time with the truck than their competitors. We got it Saturday and could keep it till Monday. It was clean and efficient to drive the truck as well.”

She gave us a great deal on our trailer rental and made it so we could drop it off closer by us. “This has to be the best TEAM of people running a truck rental service! From the young man who helped my wife on December 10th(I wish I could remember his name) to Alyssa up front, the mechanic James, Raymond the garage manager and the branch manager Jessil these folks will take care of you. Be patient, they are busy, everyday, but they will treat you right, give you solid equipment, and very occasionally if there are issues, take care of them quickly and show that they value their customers! “When working with a terrible company like uhaul, who doesn’t call their customers back, they are doing the best they can. Great customer service and very friendly. More seating and more parking. I know the primary business is construction, but it’s unfair to make money from uhaul while not prioritizing the brand and making it secondary in your location. Super friendly though, but the lack of parking and lack of staff caused a delay in my moving that day. Overall good experience. Uhaul corporate still hasn’t called me back from their terrible instructions over the phone.”
“Pick up of moving truck was very smooth and simple. Even though the last person who rented the truck returned it with 1/16th of a tank of fuel, the staff member gave me a $26 credit to fill it up to 1/4 of a tank. Staff member was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.”
“Hey this is the 2nd time I've rented from here. They're really nice, especially this last time. When I rented the vehicle I did not reserve it which is whatever, uhaul does that, but the guy who owns it was just the nicest guy you'd ever met. And so I returned it like 2 days late, and they didn't give me a hard time about it l, and I was dropping it off and having a hard time with the app, and another guy pulled up and said he'd let the owner know what time I dropped it off, and he didn't have to do that. So anyway, super nice folks, really cute puppy in the backyard, and very pleasant staff. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks.”

I have been to the other 2 locations on st johns bluff and they are both rude and unhelpfull . they neither have enough trucks but this location has always had what i need when i have needed a special size truck that day with no notice .great customer service and always have enough trucks.”

“My van broke down right off of exit 262b and I called this uhaul on a holiday weekend at 12:30. Lauren answered the phone and was the MOST HELPFUL AMAZING HUMAN. She gave us directions to pick up the car trailer and told us if we couldn't find the building to call and she would flag us down. Lauren helped us hook the trailer up, make sure the lights were working, and was so pleasant. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this uhaul and how helpful Lauren has been to us.”

“Did rental booking online for self pick up as the pick up day was Christmas and the business was closed. Had encountered an issue which was technically caused by the prior renter and the location being closed. However the female employee was more than helpful the following day with assisting me and helping me address the issue. Went from being disappointed to being extremely satisfied after she resolved my problem. Would highly recommend, if you are requesting rental equipment (Dollie’s, blankets, boxes,etc) please make sure when doing your booking that they are open for business so that they can have them available for you if you are doing self pick up.”
