“I have mixed reviews and here is why. Paul who is over the franchise is a great guy. I always enjoy talking to him. Issues with things that normally happen is out of his control because he is just the franchise and he does not make the rules. Paul has always done what he could to make me a happy customer with things within his control. I have been there over 3 years now. I don't plan on leaving either. For the record any issues I have had are not his fault they are corporates fault themselves. I stay because of Paul not because of Goin Postal. Thank you Paul”

“1) **Parking Instructions**
Do not park on the road marked in red. Around 8 a.m., the police arrive, and after issuing a warning, they start handing out tickets. They can also fine you without a warning. Parking is prohibited there.
Instead, park in the area marked in green. A police officer advised moving to that spot. You can park on the right side there. This will prevent you from getting a ticket while you are checking in at the office.
I noticed that in the area marked in yellow, the police didn’t seem to bother anyone either.
I witnessed the police issuing a ticket to a driver who wasn’t in their truck.
2) **Office Location**
The Caribbean Shipping office is the same as the Odyssey company. It’s marked with a blue dot in the photo. The office is at the corner of the building.
Four stars because there is no proper parking. No complaints about the warehouse work. They unloaded quickly.”
“My husband and I recently spent some time in Jacksonville and decided that we didn't want to haul our large backpacks on the plane home. We stopped into this UPS location about a week ahead of time, and the woman who waited on us was outstanding, super friendly and helpful. She gave us a rough estimate based on our description of the packs. When we came back a week later with the packs, a man cheerfully engaged us, took the packs, found the right sized box and boxed them up. Then, the same woman from the previous week took over the rest of the transaction. Again, she was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it turned out her previous estimate was only off by a couple of bucks. We couldn't have been happier with our service at this UPS location. Unfortunately, we neglected to get the names of these individuals, or I'd give a personal shout out. Thank you so much!”
“We have 2-5 Old Dominion freight deliveries per week. These are large, long boxes weighing between 100-300 lbs that cannot be forklifted. Our normal delivery people Russell or Joe are always helpful and courteous offloading. Shirley H in the office is always great helping me schedule delivery times.”

“Devonte is awesome every time I come to this UPS store. I will drive out my way just to receive the excellent customer service he provides. If I have a question he answers politely. If the store is a little busy, he never shows if he is overwhelmed. I thought my questions were silly, but there is always someone’s question that is worse than mine. He displays excellent customer service and he never talks negative about any customer. Rare to come across these days, especially after COVID.”

“When you call LBC, it gets directed to a call center, and they give you the wrong address. It is not 75 Foresthill... the address on here is correct at 7540 103rd st. Waisted 15 min going down the road. Also, the Saturday hours are incorrect. They close at 4 thirty but must arrive way before that to get your paperwork situated. You must also bring cash or check. Another hiccup i was not told about. Other than that, Joseph was very helpful, and his service was great. I just wish they had a second location further south, as I had to drive about 8 hrs there and back from West Palm Beach. Thanks for your help Joseph! ?”

The UPS store is easy to find. It’s in the plaza where Church 11/22 is off Beach Blvd and San Pablo in the back of the plaza. I would highly recommend!!!”
