No such thing as an initial inspection on the van before or after rental to ensure satisfaction with this location. Customer service was abysmal after only being open for only 1 hr. And my seat belt got locked where I couldn’t remove it.

Representitive Anthony Moreno was super friendly and helpful. Even with the system issues he was dealing with I was still able to get much needed equipment in a timely manner. Excellent experience. Many thanks.
