Excellent customer service. The young man who works there Michael I think was very helpful and friendly. He took his time to explain the toy hauler and the straps. He even helped us back the truck out. He really knows how to take care of customers. A rarity now days.

I had a hitch installed and the manager who does the installations was super friendly and did a good job. I'm currently using the hitch moving back to SF from Jacksonville and no problems.
