The pharmacist at All in One is very kind and goes above and beyond to assure that his customers are pleased. He offers a personal level of service that is difficult to find at bigger establishments. He manages to make everyone feel at home while still being quick and efficient. He worked with me to ensure I was paying as little as possible out of pocket while I'm in between insurance providers and opened a door that left me feeling welcome and cared for. This is a place people visit often when we're sick and vulnerable, and the owner has the perfect personality to meet us in that space. I'm grateful I found this place and I will continue to recommend it to everyone I know!”
“Fantastic location - clean and well stocked with a wide selection of products.
The majority of employees are friendly and really helpful.
The deli counter needs improvement - some of the girls working there need training : both in product and in customer service. I don’t need to deal with their attitudes, especially when I am polite and friendly.”

“The employees at this store are the best, but today one went above and beyond. This was the fourth day coming to the store to try to pick-up my favorite item and the shelf was empty. After a polite conversation with Lawanda, I asked her about the Pepperidge Farm cookies shelf being empty. She stopped what she was doing, mentioned it was a vendor's product, but would check on that for me. I continued my shopping, bless her heart, she went out of her way to find me in produce with a bag of cookies. I was so touched, being on a fixed income, I only shop once a month and now can't even afford a special treat... she made me smile today. This is great customer service!”
“A super market (so to speak). Staff is helpful and pleasant. Store is clean. It's stocked with what you'd expect in a well run grocery store. The prices seem reasonable, if a little bit higher than Aldi or Walmart.
The delicatessen makes great sandwiches. It's pretty busy at lunch.”

“Gas 3.59If you don't like waiting in lines at Sam's don't be a Moron and use the app and do self check out scan your own items as you shop and hit the door when your done shopping, only a uneducated person would stand there in line and then complain about slow check out lines ? We love Sam's and their prices and their gas prices too. If you don't like it no one is forcing you to shop here or buy a membership.”

“I was visiting winter haven and needed a prescription called in. I saw this pharmacy on Google and decided to try it out because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of a busy cvs or walgreens. This pharmacy did not disappoint, they seemlessley had my rx ready in less than an hour and even found my insurance information through their system because I did not have the card on me. Pick up was quick and easy. I would recommend this pharmacy and save you the headache of dealing with a big box store.”
“I absolutely love this place!! Today I was even running behind due to traffic and rain. The pharmacist went above and beyond and o call and check on me and with 1-2 minutes til closing upon my arrival they waited and assisted me, making sure I got my prescriptions! “A few days ago, I got a flu shot at the 7009 Cypress Gardens CVS. The gentleman who gave it to me did something no one has ever done before. He GENTLY pinched my arm with his thumb and index finger and gave me the shot there. Not only did I not feel the pinch or the shot, it is the first time ever in the more than 40 years I've had annual flu shots that I had no reaction at all to the shot. INCREDIBLE.”

“Hey man if you're having problems getting your prescription filled anywhere else because of whatever reason that they have to hinder doctors trying to take care of people and give them the medicine they really need. I suggest you try this place..... I literally at went all over town and cold all over town Tampa and Lakeland and I couldn't find anybody to fill this because of the DEA numbers on it one said.I got several different excuses from these places that wouldn't fill it for me but. I had Care Plus as an insurance provider one time and I remember that they were very able to find places like that certain doctors for certain things and that was years ago but now I have a pharmacy apparently I didn't know that and I tried it and they did it. And my doctor's name plant City Tampa and I live in mulberry Polk county Florida and the pharmacy is in Lakeland lol”

“Outstanding service, from pharmacy techs which I would try to name all but the list would be to long to pharmacists, like Vic, Jos, Peter who called me the other day to tell me my prescription delivery,(which is free by the way) was on the way and then took the time to answer a question about a different one I was kind of worried about. I have been at my doctor's office and before I left received a message from them it was ready before I left! Then I'll be standing in line with maybe two people in front of me and next thing I know there's another tech at the register to help out or the pharmacist will look up, smile and a little nod of the head as if to say we got you. I have been on pain and heart medications from 6 to 20+ years and don't ask how many pharmacies and they are by far the best.”
“I couldn't let the day end without sharing the wonderful experience I had at CVS Pharmacy today July 10th, 2026. The young man who helped me, Alonso, provided exceptional customer service. Although there were at least four or five other employees there, he was the only one I saw actively assisting customers.
He went above and beyond to try to lower the cost of my medication after learning it wasn't covered through Aetna insurance. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to, but the fact that he took the initiative to help when he didn't have to truly impressed me. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and Alonso definitely earned it. Thank you for your kindness and dedication young man!”
