“All the staff at the T Mobile store in Treasure Coast Square in Jensen beach is very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. First, I set my service with the help of a caring young professional “Ari” and then I had to cancel for personal reasons and their Manager Almendra Garcia “Ally” personally helped me, contacting corporate and making sure that my cancellation got all the reimbursement. She went out of her way and gave me a courtesy call. I was sad to leave BUT definitely I will return for T/ Mobile services. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Highly recommend the store and their staff! “I had malware problems with my samsung S22 for quite a while. I decided to bring the phone to the tech at dvwireless phone and computer repair. He took a minute to explain to me what was going on with the phone and what would be the repairing process. It was a lengthy process but it was done.”

“I want to take this moment to thank the Manager Jeremy and his team for such great customer. I came today to this Cricket store to Jeremy because I wanted to switch over from Metro and bring my 3 lines and he went over all the deals and pricing and made sure to give us what we were looking for so we came out with two very good Samsungs and I upgraded myself to a Moto Razr which is amazing. I appreciate the time and patience to make sure everything was setup on all devices before I left the store and he treated us very well. I recommend anyone to come here to this amazing team. Bruno is amazing and superb might I add! He fixed my daughter's iPhone 11 in less than 10 minutes. She had a swollen battery and needed a replacement and his price was reasonable, I can't complain and will definitely come back to have Bruno service me and my kids iPhones in the future?I would highly recommend him!”
“I went to T-mobile store in Palm City to get some billing issues resolved. An AMAZING Associate Dollo (Adam) not only listened to my questions and concerns, He called CS and did a 3 way call with my husband on the line. Adam knew I was a little bothered with my monthly bill, talked to CS for me.!!! His calm demeanor, and caring personality really showed me he cared -and stayed on the phone for a long time with CS to resolve my issues. I can't say enough about Adam and the WAY he handled my situation. He didn't know I observed him with another customer before me.....SAME personality and Calm Demeanor. When I say genuine personality it is true! If you have T-mobile and live in Palm City/Stuart area, please stop in and ask for Adam and you will see for yourself.

“We placed an online ready in 1 to 2 hour order with our local store. The website said it would let us know when our order was ready. We did get a confirmation of the order bir after several hours with no update we decided to go to the store and check on the order. The rep said could not find our order in the system. He the asked what we had ordered and after he checked thr invenotory we were told of eother phone we orderd. We would not have been able to place a pick up if the phones were nt available. I even changed the color of the phone I wantet so that we could get them together. We were then instructed to cancel the order and they woild most likley have stock on Monday and to come back. We decided to go to another nearby att store and were greeted immediatlyn. They handled the situatiin and explained the phones could have sold out in the meantime. I kind of imderstand that but at some point we we should have been notified. The representitave was very knowedgable and friendly. He did had the phones we wanted and we were on our way in about 30 minutes with oir new phones. We love Att service and have been curstomers for 20 years. Att please see what you can do about you website. It creates negative experiences for both the employees and customers. Thank you”

Today I deleted a traveling e-sim after returning from Europe and my phone thought it was on our former plan, and therefore in SOS mode. If you go to the one that's nearby, you will regret it.The other store lied and said I was not eligible for a promotion, even though I had the terms in writing. They simply refused to look at them.When I went here, I was prepared for another argument, but the experience was the complete opposite. I was greeted with a smile, honesty and gratitude. I bought a new phone but I needed to have all of my videos and pictures and text messages and apps all transferred to the new phone because I have lost my mother and my brother and did not want to lose all of everything I had left of them and this young man stayed working on my phone for about 4 hours patiently and kindly without hesitation without any frustration in between customers and somehow managed to get that done. nowhere else what I have gone that somebody would have spent that much time and dedication to do that. today you just don't find that type of customer service anywhere.
