“Lovely hotel in heart of coconut grove. Staff and vibe is super classy and hip. Stayed here multiple times and will continue to visit. Great garden breakfast/lunch area along with rooftop restaurant bar & pool with view of the ocean . This is a do not miss location due to thier attention to detail and high service levels. ( take an uber rather than rent a car , parking is the only challenge lol)”

“Due to a an airline flight change, we were scrambling for a place to stay with less than a week to book. (Bolivian Airlines cancelled our original flight we booked and moved us to a flight 2 days earlier with 10 days notice.) The new flight ended up being on a Saturday night instead of a Monday night, and higher prices, so we couldn't just 'move our reservation over'.
Was able to book a room at the Hyatt House on points and really happy we did. Clean, comfortable, spacious suite. Airport Shuttle (which not all Hyatts here have) and walking distance to Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera, and a nice Italian restaurant.
Breakfast is included and was worth getting up for. Monday - Friday they'll do omelets to order (at least that's what the signs say).
Loved the suite - nice office chair and kitchen island work space. A fully stocked kitchen and separate bedroom with TV's in both rooms. We asked for a bathtub when we reserved the room, and our request was fulfilled.
This is the 4th time we've stayed near the airport and this was our best experience (not that the others were bad, this was just the best - value, food, service)- if we find ourselves needing a place to stay a night near the airport in Miami in the future, we'll come back here.”

“Our stay was perfect! Super clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, with shampoo and conditioner, thankful for the shuttle, the driver was great, getting to the shuttle at the Miami Airport was CRAZY! alot of traffic, we had a good driver that new what he was doing, we were also provided with a ride to the cruise port, breakfast was good, basic eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal ect.... Great stay for us, wouldn't stay anywhere else but Hampton (Hilton)”

“4.5 stars really. The room was nice and cold and very clean. The breakfast food was subpar as always for most Hilton properties, and the staff did not answer either of my phone calls for the shuttle. Shuttle was convenient and on time going back to the airport at least. Nice view at the lagoon out the window, or the airport if you are higher up.”

“It's about what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Good front desk staff and great cookies, good hot breakfast. Pool was small, and hot tub was closed off. Room was fine, bed was not very comfortable (very firm if that's your thing), pillows were soft, plenty of seating, TV is decent size for room. Shower was great, actually surprising me how modern it was compared to the rest of the room, though towels were scratchy. Digital key never came through in the app, but physical keycards worked fine. Not really any sort of a view given its location and only being six floors. It's no luxury hotel, but you shouldn't expect that either for the price point ($300 for a Monday in January).”

“Super happy with my stay here! The staff were AMAZING! Probably the best hotel staff I've ever had. They were incredibly helpful and kind.
There is lots of parking, and the location of the hotel is PERFECT if you want to do some shopping at the Dolphin Mall. We spent 3 nights here, and if I were to return to the Miami surrounding area I would 100% rebook nights here.
The only complaint I have is the elevators. They are extremely slow and dated. It was actually odd to see because the rest of the hotel is fantastic. The bathrooms could be updated, but it wasn't an issue. The elevators though, they need some attention for sure.”

“Everyone has their own opinions and experiences I can only speak on my behalf. Me and my husband went on a cruise out of Miami MSC Cruise line. On our way down from Virginia to Miami we had a delay with our train which put us 3 hours behind. When we got close to the nearest train station near the hotel, I called the hotel. Because I didnt make a payment I was about to lose the room. I wish I got the receptionist name I believe it was Alex...I hope Im not saying it wrong, so instead of us losing the room he kindly sent me a form through email to make a payment while I was on the train. My intentions were to make a payment once I arrived. My husband and I arrived so late. Some things are out of our control. So after a long day, we arrived at the hotel and we were settled in. So I thank you!! Also I want to thank Adrian, his drivers Tito & Victorino for being their in our time of need when we were leaving to get back home!..I want to thank you!! Next time we come back to Miami we are coming back to see you all!!! Will come back?...YES!!! So thank you all for going above and beyond getting us to and from destination and being there for Us!!!”

“Great location that’s right across the street from Dolphin Mall. Very easy to walk to. Free and plentiful parking next to the hotel.
Room was big and clean. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Quiet and sound proof windows. Breakfast was good, the tacos were excellent.
We stayed before a cruise and found so many good restaurants and shopping in the area.”
“The front dest person was very nice, professional and made our stay very pleasant. We had a large group, with an early flight (6am) and couldn't check in right away. She held out bags in a locked room plus gave us the first available rooms. Was kind and let us sit and recharge our phones in the lobby since we had no rooms yet. Thank u so much. That meant a lot. Place was clean and smelled great. Breakfast was pretty good too.”

“After we checked in, I had an issue in the room and called the front desk. They took immediate action as busy as they were to take care of the issue. They moved us to another room and made sure we were good to go. I have never seen the front desk or maintenance move as fast as they did!! We are grateful and look forward to coming again! Thank you to all the staff!! Rooms are super clean! We did book a suite with a kitchen. They have pots and crock pots if you need them. Laundry is free. I recommend that anyone stay here.”

The M club concierge area had access to the breakfast buffet but other than a week night appetizer option it wasn't as nice as other concierge rooms we've been to. The staff was very nice though. The price was a bit high too.”

“Location is fantastic. There is no parking available except for valet at $30 a night. The rooms are very nice and clean but the beds are very uncomfortable pillows are mini pillows need 3 to make 1 regular size. Water in room is $6 a bottle so bring your own. Pool area is very seren,e tranquil. Taco bar is very good, friendly very attentive staff great drinks delivered pool side. If you need a tranquil spot to read catch up on work while being able to enjoy the ocean breeze this is a cool spot. Overall great value. Will return.”

“Beautiful hotel, conveniently located less than 10 min from the airport! Perfect location.
However, I was a little disappointed and frustrated with the communication from the reservation team. They canceled my reservation without communicating to me that I booked a pre paid room and needed to make a payment in order to hold my reservation. Instead, I received an email at 3:37am the morning of my reservation, saying they had cancelled my stay. I was literally at the airport when I realized they had emailed me saying this- and I made my reservation 6 days prior to my travels. I wish someone would’ve communicated with me at least 24-48hrs prior to my reservation so that I could properly handle the situation instead of canceling the day of my stay- less than 12 hrs before my stay.
Not only that but when I tried to call the hotel - I kept receiving “call dropped” or no answer from the front desk. It wasn’t until I physically showed up to the hotel that I received any information about my reservation.
Thankfully the manager on duty Rizza was able to accommodate my stay & at my original rate of booking & also gave me a breakfast voucher. I’m very grateful she was able to do this.
Over all I love the Aloft hotel nationwide & usually is my preferred hotel choice of travel. But this particular location needs to do a better job of communicating with guests if any reservation errors occur.”
