Did such a great job with my claim and different things that were going on with my account. My husband and I came in and I needed to be added to his account then needed to be an expedited process and she helped me with that both in person and over the phone.
The need was desperate and the representative who initially started the changes to the account over the phone did a horrible job with explaining and misleading me with information that could have cost me my holiday money deposit.
Miss Castro did her best to translate information back and forth and when above and beyond her job description we are pleased with the results. Happy holidays ???”

“I really don't know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. I've been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I don't know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent.
I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technology's fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money that's been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the bank's fault so I'm not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.”

“Not sure why this BOA has so many poor reviews, my experience was far from poor. I set up my appointment from the UK and when I arrived the guys at the bank were well prepared and knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. I’ve been a customer since 2014 but rarely get the opportunity to go into a branch. I needed to set up a business account and it was effortless. I initially signed in to express how disappointed I was in the fact that none of the workers took the time to offer one of the MANY chairs inside of the individual cubicles...and right before I began writing...the lady at the front desk who was greeting customers went to get two chairs for the those who were waiting...that took my review from a 1...to a 4!”
