“I just had to take a min to post about this bank location and it's staff. Without getting into personal specifics, I was in dire straits to say the least. While I'm in the hospital with pneumonia, I had a vendor taking advantage of me. I did everything I could with them so I reached out to my bank for assistance. After getting ahold of a manager there, Solny Valerio, she listened to my problem and said she would get back to me. She not only fixed my issue, she went above and beyond to not only correct my issue but to relate the damage done by the vendor.
