“The Marketplace section of Disney Springs has a wonderful aroma and a HUGE selection of Disney stores along with a few other companies and brands mixed in, there is a Christmas store for those Holiday lovers!”
“It’s been a busy month since coming home from vacation, so this post is just shy of a month late — sorry, Chelle! But here it goes.
I don’t usually write Google reviews, but Chelle absolutely deserves one.
I was visiting and had my heart set on a specific sweater that was completely sold out — except for the one on the mannequin. Knowing I likely wouldn’t be back anytime soon, I asked around to see if there was any chance of getting it. Most responses were polite but along the lines of “if it’s not on the shelf, it’s not available,” which was understandably disappointing.
As I was leaving, Chelle greeted me with the biggest smile and asked about my day. I mentioned the sweater and she immediately sprang into action — making calls, checking with other staff, and exploring every possible option. Even when it seemed like there was nothing she could do, she sincerely apologized and wished me well.
Then came the Disney magic moment.
While I was browsing at another store, Chelle literally ran (in the cold, without a jacket!) to find me because she had searched the back storage and found ONE sweater — slightly oversized, but she wanted to make sure I had the chance to say yes before putting it back. Of course I said yes! I got the sweater I loved and will cherish it forever.
Chelle, you showed me exactly what Disney magic and next-level customer service are all about. As someone who leads a sales team myself, I can honestly say — you rock. You turned a small disappointment into a moment I’ll never forget.
I truly hope Disney recognizes you for the care, initiative, and heart you bring to your role. Thank you for making my visit magical. ✨”
“The atmosphere is great and the employees are extremely nice. Amelia, Alex, and Maysie are the sweetest people I've ever met. They were super helpful and made sure to check if we needed any help or had any questions. The dressing rooms had full length mirrors which were really nice. Will 100% be back!!”
“The first time I walked into this Anthropologie
on Easter, I was honestly in shock. Not even just because of how beautiful the store is but because of the people.
Every single employee is absolutely stunning. Like… it almost doesn’t feel real. And on top of that, everyone is so warm, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
I have to say whoever is in charge of hiring has an incredible eye. The manager seriously deserves credit, because putting together a team like this is not easy. At this point, he or she should genuinely consider opening a modeling agency because the ability to find this many beautiful women in one place? That’s talent.
If you’re reading this… you might want to take that idea into consideration.
Truly one of those places where the energy, the presence, and the people leave a lasting impression!”

I was there today buying shoes with a friend and they were both super friendly, accommodating, and understanding. They went through some trouble for us and were very patient and generous. “One more chance to grab the Star Wars gear you missed, plus a few more things I didn't see in Galaxy's Edge. Some of the black series role playing helmets. A Grogu bed - couldn't decide if it was a doggie bed or for a small child. Some t-shirts cashing in on the mini-series Obi Wan & Andor, a few lightsabers - just in case you forgot to buy one in Galaxy's Edge and then a few avenger branded apparel. There's a reason why Disney is so successful. This is one of them”
“It probably gets had to come up with business names that have a tie in with Disney. Tren-D is one of those names that means nothing to you initially, but then it hits. Trends = fashions = clothes = Disney clothes and BOOM, you get it! Tren-D. This is another beautiful little boutique style store that offers merchandise from $39 Mouse ears to $700 Mouse ears made by famous designers. They have gold and silver jewelry from Pandora and other designers like Rebecca Hook, who’s one of my personal favs. They sell clothing and purses, and they are located next door to a small (usually smelly) restroom and the other portion of the Co-Op. So you won’t find any bargains here, but you’ll find a lot to see and shop. Look up, because I love their panted slat board roof and the sun coming through the windows. It’s a fun store!”
“We had gone to World of Disney looking for something specific that we saw in the parks, but they didn't have it. So we figured we'd just walk through here to see if they carried it. We didn't find the exact one we were looking for, but Jae at the counter was so helpful, we decided to buy a different item here. Thanks Jae!”

“Leaving a 4 star review because I’ve enjoyed visiting and purchasing from this store regularly since they have been open.
Yet, my experience this evening was shocking.
As I was at the register I included my phone number and as back up showed my military ID. (I always show it).
The cashier said that the service member has to be here for the purchase. Excuse me? My husband served over 20 years in the Army. He passed away 2020. I have never experienced such embarrassment. I have an account with lululemon and always show my ID. Unacceptable.”
“DisneyStyle is classified as a boutique, but it’s more like a clothing store selling Disney clothing merch at Disney Springs. It’s near the fountain by the Orange Garage and the Starbucks. DisneyStyle is more of a boutique because they don’t sell the lower end BOGO type shirts here. They sell spirit jerseys, $35+ t-shirts, mouse ears, leather jackets, and backpacks. $140 leather isn’t shocking here. These are your more modern pieces rather than just t-shirts and shorts; these clothes would be great for a birthday party or theme park night where you want your picture taken becauee you know you look great. It’s a fun store if you’re looking for nice Disney-themed clothes for more of a special occasion than a Wal-mart grocery run. It’s always super clean, the Cast Members are friendly and helpful, and the have nice dressing rooms. That’s a win win!”
“My mother and I shopped at the Lilly Pulitzer location in Disney Springs yesterday and wanted to take the time to compliment Loretta. She was the most friendly, helpful Lilly employee we have ever encountered at any store, and went above and beyond to help me and my mother. She is phenomenal.”
