“I had an excellent experience at the UPS store thanks to Catalina. She was very kind, professional and efficient. She helped me print my documents, fill out the envelope and send everything quickly and smoothly. Great customer service overall! I highly recommend this location! :)”
“We were blown away by the incredible help we received from Sam (and team) at this location on a busy Saturday morning. We were having an issue with 5 boxes coming from another state to be delivered to our apartment. They weren't suppose to deliver them until Monday as we would not have access until then but we're being delivered that day. Sam made several calls to get all the information. He was also able to get contact info on the driver (Scott) who asked that we contact him so we did. He arranged to meet us at the apartment where we were able to secure the boxes. In those boxes were over half of our personal possessions! Scott and Sam had the greatest attitude and just wanted to help us out. BTW, our delivery had nothing to do with that store but they were still all willing to help. Thank you so much. You made our day!”

“This UPS location has repeatedly exceeded my expectations. I am a “frequent shipper” visiting sometimes 3 times in a week. The manager is amazing, whether it’s a shipping, printing, boxing, she knows her stuff. The prices are fair, the service is quick (and always with a smile), and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. I would drive out of my way to use them (and many times have) because I trust the service I will get.”
“I had driven 40 mins to the usps where they told me they would be unable to print a shipping label or ship my package until I had one. I had a package I needed to drop off to ups anyways so I asked if they could help. They did!! Printed a label from a screenshot I had and shipped the package for me from there. So convenient and kind!”

“This store is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Someone previously said that there were stray dogs running around and jumping on small children. NOT TRUE!! Those dogs are so well behaved and NOT aggressive at all! Shame on you for saying that!! Mel takes such wonderful care of her dogs!! Do you honestly think she would bring her dogs in if they jumped? NOT!!!”

I Felt compelled to add my voice as I saw that a video was uploaded that seemed aimed at portraying a young man who is an employee at the store in a negative light. The young man always been very knowledgeable and has always acted in a respectfull and professional manner. “I entered the Northdale UPS Thurs 12/11with reservations. I seldom mail packages other than at Christmas. Last year was Omaha Steaks...easy. This year, situations changed. I would be buying, wrapping, packing, and shipping. I am disabled, so I panicked. I knew USPS would be more complicated and expensive. I talked myself into using this UPS as it was a few blocks away from the Bob Sierra Y after my morning warm-up. I would have them do the packing, especially with one item being liquid and the bigger box going to CA. I told myself that the stress relief alone made it worth it...a Christmas present to myself. At 8:30 when they opened, the door was opened for me by a smiling young man...later learned his name was Shelton. I followed him to the main counter and we discussed what I was working with. I let a few others ahead of me as I was not in a hurry. Shelton professionally packed my items to secure them...I watched him as he certainly knew what he was doing. While, yes, them packing using their materials is more costly, I still knew it was going to be cheaper than USPS and, oh by the way, AARP offers a disc on the materials. Also, when they do it with their materials, there is a higher level of insurance. Shelton finished up, I paid him, thanked him, and said I would be in Monday, today, with one more package. My confidence built by today, I had found a good box, packed my items, but left it open. When I went to the store, Shelton wasn't in yet, but I was greated with another welcoming smile...this time by Kristy. I told her about Thursday, she proceeded to check my work, made a few minor adjustments. Kristy closed out my package and rang me up. Yes, I have written a book, but I feel that having experienced the service by Shelton and Kristy, this UPS location in Northdale is now my go-to package center. Thank you!!”
“I want to acknowledge Lee for his help on a troublesome Amazon return we had yesterday. As the product came from a third party shipper we were not given the correct return labels by the third party to return the product. He went above and beyond excellent customer service getting Amazon to help us resolve the issue.
