Hooked me up with a pair of Supreme M4s, that fit just about perfectly after 2 hours in them. I give all the credit to Cole and his never ending patience in finding me that right skate. “Have been trying to find a pair of 1080 13v 8 2E. Have had absolutely no luck. Thought I’d come up here to look but still no luck. Did find a pair of 880’s on the discounted rack in white so I snagged those. Selection was ok but I didn’t see any NB that jumped out and begged me to take them home. I have a pair of the blue 1080 13v’s and 3 pairs of black on black or black to be exact but needed a white pair (would have been very happy with another blue pair). Anyway, NB has some shaggy shoes in their new line up that really under whelmed along with some others. Not sure why they don’t take their very best sellers over the years and remake those.”

The store itself was well-organized, with a wide variety of shoes and athletic gear on display, which made waiting (though short) much more pleasant. One thing to note is that their system did take a bit longer than I expected to process an online return in-store, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

“Just bought a new driver as a Father’s Day gift from my loving family. A young lady golfer named Adriana assisted me pick between the Taylor made max 10k and the Ping max 10k, along with the appropriate shaft for each for my swing speed (stock regular). The TM for me was far more consistent and 20-30 yards farther! Based on my research, I thought I was definitely going to leave with the ping. But the Taylor made was definitely better for my personal swing. Adriana was super helpful and encouraging to this senior and albeit occasional hacker. I’m planning to play more going forward and this new driver should help me stay the course. ?
Just as a side note, I was at the PGA superstore before coming to Dicks, the workers in the bay were beyond unenthusiastic, nor did they provide 1/10th the help and encouragement Adriana did. They wouldn’t let me hit the taylormade, thus the trip to Dicks. I didn’t expect much from Dick’s, but their Customer Service won my business.”
“I noticed recent reviews were not great. However, I will say the person helping us today was just fine. We were greeted immediately when we entered. Store was very clean and tidy (they just had a corporate visit from what I understand). When we checked out, the employee admitted it was a long day (we have no problem with this…employees are also humans) but she was friendly/easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She apologized because she hadn’t noticed us at the register right away. She also asked us to verify she had typed our email correctly. She offered to cut the tags off the hat we bought so my hubby could wear it immediately. All things that showed she was genuinely paying attention to our experience. Even if this isn’t how service has been lately, hopefully this is a trend of where they are heading as we enjoyed our experience today! I believe Hailey was the employee who checked us out - thanks Hailey!”

“These people are amazing we came ten minutes before closing and yet they let us stay for an extra 30 minutes testing out bikes! The owner and workers are super friendly they offered us water and with our purchase they gave us free water bottles. They even let my son play with their very friendly dog.
