Addison made shopping here great. She greeted us and offered assistance while other employees did not acknowledge us. She also rang up our purchase at the register while other employees were being loud and not assisting her.

Needs more turnover. Go back months later and same items are offered. Also the return process is a joke. They can't find anything in their system if you provide the same credit card you purchased item with. Admittedly they said they know their system is no good.

I rate 4, just because I personally even when I know it's an outlet store,like to see more variety of shoes and more the compression shirts colors. The rest of the store is good, a lot of helpful staff and good amount of women stuff.
