“I have used Scratch and Dent 3 times now and every repair they have done was excellent! The latest was a repair of a botched job that I had some 'gypsy' guy solicit me with promises that he could fix the damage but made it far worse! Scratch and Dent (Quinn) did an unbelievable repair and the car looks GREAT!

Some items include the installation. The parking lot is not crowded. The only problem is lacking an indoor shop, which is useful for installation during bad weather.”

“Needing a body shop in three months it’s not fun… but if you do going to this establishment is your best bet. I was originally referred to there by an insurance company, and I took my car back two times because they are nothing but professional, courteous and do great work. The entire staff is really fantastic and the work they do is phenomenal. I could not recommend this place more and I really hope I don’t have to go back to a body shop soon, but If I do for any reason, it will be there. Sienna was my contact person and she really knocked it out of the park. A manger (probably an owner) even worked with me on pricing for an out-of-pocket repair. My wife had a horrible experience with the major collision company when she was in a minor accident and my experience was completely different here. Truly wonderful people, oh and did I mention every time they got my car done within a day except when I was T-boned, which only took a few extra days. If I could give six stars, I would.”
