βI have used Scratch and Dent 3 times now and every repair they have done was excellent! The latest was a repair of a botched job that I had some 'gypsy' guy solicit me with promises that he could fix the damage but made it far worse! Scratch and Dent (Quinn) did an unbelievable repair and the car looks GREAT!
I highly recommend them for any of your needs, they are professional, friendly and have done wonderful work on my vehicles!β

βPrior to cars unlimited I was going to an auto mechanic and Seminole Florida. I had no complaints or issues there but the services provided at cars unlimited superseded the other auto mechanic on steroids. One thing that stood out to me was the genuine concern and care the transparency and communication and the customer service and accommodations. For example, providing providing a loaner car of going to mechanics and times past where they worked on the car but I was left without a car and I would have to pay money out the pocket for Uber in order to get to and from or rely on friends or family for transportation to wherever I needed to go until my car was serviced. So providing a loaner car was definitely a huge accommodation that I'm truly grateful for. I appreciate the transparency with regard to every auto repair needed with accuracy giving me the option to this pick, choose and refuse whether or not I wanted to come out the pocket and pay for it. I appreciate the professionalism, the patience. I appreciate the accommodation of financially as far as providing services. In the event that you can't pay out the pocket for what needs to be paid, they provide loan options through outside third party resources. I have nothing but good things to say about cars unlimited. I will most definitely continue to be their customer.β

βMy 2014 FORD F-150 would not start so I had it towed to East Bay Auto Services. Same day the owner called me and said that the truck was starting and running well so he said he would keep the truck overnight and inspect the issue in the morning when truck was cold. He called next morning and told me the truck would not start and that he found the issue and it was a faulty fuel relay and issue with fuel relay fuse. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace the parts. Later that day he called and said the truck was ready to be picked up. I was very satisfied because unlike many auto shops he found the problem and fixed it instead of just replacing many parts unnecessarily. Great customer service. Thanks.β
βI had a great experience at Karl & Son's. I had an engine blow a head gasket 3/25/2025. I was recommended by a friend to have Karl & Son's do the work I wanted. I had an engine drop shipped to them 4/1/2025 and I picked up my running car 4/4/2025. They were great to work with and at a price I thought was fair and I could live with. Thank you Karl and Son's.β
βCouldn't be happier! I had a coil burn out on me Christmas Eve. They were supposed to close at 1pm but they were SO kind to take my car in and get it fixed for me! They stayed late for me. βI had a dent in the front fender of my vehicle and shopped around for some quotes. I was referred here and look no further!! I love little ma and pa shops. Anthony assisted me and gave me an unbeatable price and he was also confident he could match the paint color. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. AND to make it even better he said the paint did not need to be blended in the bumper part so the original quote is now cheaper. It's so hard to find a body shop that's honest, has great customer service and takes pride in their work. The car was also done a day earlier then expected!! βI could not close my tailgate so I stopped at Southwest Collision and they worked on it. They were able to get it to close after a few minutes with a come a long and a porta power. I would definitely recommend. Thanks guysβ

βIf you need work done on your German-made car, you must go to Michaelβs. The dealer quoted me $2,500 for specific repairs, but Michaelβs charged only $800. The difference was their honesty about what really needed to be done. They used the same OEM parts and craftsmanship, saving me $1,700. Absolutely, positively five starsβexcellent work and 100% honest. Highly recommend.β
