“Prior to cars unlimited I was going to an auto mechanic and Seminole Florida. I had no complaints or issues there but the services provided at cars unlimited superseded the other auto mechanic on steroids. One thing that stood out to me was the genuine concern and care the transparency and communication and the customer service and accommodations. For example, providing providing a loaner car of going to mechanics and times past where they worked on the car but I was left without a car and I would have to pay money out the pocket for Uber in order to get to and from or rely on friends or family for transportation to wherever I needed to go until my car was serviced. So providing a loaner car was definitely a huge accommodation that I'm truly grateful for. I appreciate the transparency with regard to every auto repair needed with accuracy giving me the option to this pick, choose and refuse whether or not I wanted to come out the pocket and pay for it. I appreciate the professionalism, the patience. I appreciate the accommodation of financially as far as providing services. In the event that you can't pay out the pocket for what needs to be paid, they provide loan options through outside third party resources. I have nothing but good things to say about cars unlimited. I will most definitely continue to be their customer.”

“My 2014 FORD F-150 would not start so I had it towed to East Bay Auto Services. Same day the owner called me and said that the truck was starting and running well so he said he would keep the truck overnight and inspect the issue in the morning when truck was cold. He called next morning and told me the truck would not start and that he found the issue and it was a faulty fuel relay and issue with fuel relay fuse. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace the parts. Later that day he called and said the truck was ready to be picked up. I was very satisfied because unlike many auto shops he found the problem and fixed it instead of just replacing many parts unnecessarily. Great customer service. Thanks.”

The difference was their honesty about what really needed to be done. They used the same OEM parts and craftsmanship, saving me $1,700.
